Ticket releases for August and Portsmouth games?
TheAlehouseBrawlers replied to Ekimr's topic in The Saints
...and looks like the Ticket Exchange may have opened as limited tickets available here https://tickets.southamptonfc.com/selection/event/seat?perfId=10228791642378&ot=0>mStepTracking=true Edit: also now confirming sold out and details for ticket exchange/ticket transfer https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/news/article/portsmouth-h-ticket-exchange-and-ticket-transfer-update -
Yep, David Armstrong, great player for us and Boro - poignant to note that it was 3 years ago last Friday that he passed away. If we get a return from Azaz to a similar level then we've done well.

I’m still a bit pissed after being there when they stuck 7 past us and the OB held us back in extra time making us miss the last train back from Waterloo. Payback time………eventually

Just tuned in, looks like we're doing good in East...ahem...Anglia...

Back in the day their mob was known as the Naughty Forty, it’s more Squirty Thirty these days.

Started out at Royston Vasey FC...his mum and dad are so proud

He'll be aware that we may well have £100m burning a hole in our pocket shortly if we get what we want for Dibling and Fernandes so holding out for a little personal incentive to make the deal happen.

Ticket releases for August and Portsmouth games?
TheAlehouseBrawlers replied to Ekimr's topic in The Saints
As of today there are 600 tickets left for the skates, 1200 home seats left for Stoke on Saturday and just 18 left for the cup game away at Norwich. Don't thank me....... -

Hull sold out https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/news/article/hull-city-a-sold-out -
You could normally just put a traffic cone in charge of Celtic or Rangers and it would still be nailed on for a second place finish....although RM does look like he may buck that particular trend!
-
Their fans certainly are looking on the link someone stuck up earlier. They're top of the table and a popular feeling on there is the 3 teams that come down are pretty much shite and there for the taking. Still struggling to sell their tickets though, looks like they've sold around 1800,

Racist.

Only around 1500 left, as usual, most either side of the aways. Should sell out to home fans by the weekend. Confident of 3 points here if we sort it out up front - but still got their handy keeper to overcome.

Good pricing for this assuming we get charged the same: £12 adult, £6 U21s & over 65s, £2 U18s https://www.canaries.co.uk/content/ticketing-southampton-carabao-cup-blackburn-rovers

It may very well turn out that the player and his agent are just using the SFC link to leverage a better deal at a higher level club, ala Gakpo. Annoying but understandable really, and little SR can do about that situation. We're clearly after him, reports suggest Will Still is an admirer, and Saint-lambden appears pretty reliable with his information.

Typical, cup-tied………………. #tumbleweed

Just pipped for distance by that other...ahem...southern club Wolverhampton. Shit draw. Edit: Tell a lie, just checked and Norwich 190 miles, Swansea 170, Wolverhampton and Plymouth both over 150.

Wow! I wonder how that translates? Christophe 👍🏼

Tbh, it wasn’t really aimed at you in particular, just a response to the points you raised and how if you’re sat at different ends of the stadium how contrasting the experience is. Maybe just a flaw in (until recently) new stadium design, although the ones that have gone up recently like Spurs and, particularly Everton, they done a lot of work to enhance noise and atmosphere.
-
I think this just goes to show how bad the acoustics are inside St Mary's. If you were sat in or near the Northam you would probably say the complete opposite. The noise just doesn't carry around the stadium well. There's no doubt the atmosphere dipped significantly once they went ahead, there was certainly a collective "here we go again" vibe taking grip. That was also really the first time you could hear the Wrexham fans, understandably they were very excited to be ahead (and temporarily, top of the league) and continue to be so for the next 70 minutes. If you're in the Chapel of course you're getting it full on from the aways right next to you but rather than have a pop at the Northam who are the just about only ones producing any noise from the home fans, make your own noise and maybe encourage a few more around you to get involved.

The Northam was decent but (as a famous Taff once said, it’s not unusual) the rest of the ground only woke up once we equalised. OK at the start but as you’d expect, once they went ahead it lifted them and knocked ours back. They’ve had a right pop at our support on their forum, they were getting nothing from the fans either side of them and tbf it looked pretty much dead down there from the Northam. Edit: "Humpty Dumpty giving it large" 😃

I might let out a little chuckle if a big club come in and gazumps the scallies. Everton, know your place

Reasonable level for the lad to move onto and nice payday. They’re a decent stepping stone club to get him a move to one of the big boys fairly quickly. And then another fat paycheque for us with a hefty sell-on when he does.

I’ve always imagined ‘Farmer Saint’ as a bit of a Brighton Jeremy ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ type, now I’m convinced
