I bought some earlier and they were selling well. Once this block is sold out there’s just a small block on the end to go.

And you can't ignore that there's at least a desire to grow this football club with SR pushing on with the long term commitment of redeveloping the stadium and surrounding waterfront area. Whether it actually happens is clearly uncertain but there's no doubt they're working closely with the city council to progress this. I'd give all ST holders a couple of days to buy, then straight to members for a day or two and then open it up for ST holders and members to buy extra tickets for mates so more chance of being in the same areas or just straight to general sale. Man City fans ain't buying our tickets, they won't be selling their own allocation. No restricted sales that we've had in the past, not needed.

Fans will really play a part now, isn't really showing right now but fatigue will likely set in at some point playing intense games twice a week. Wrexham's tight little ground will be the polar opposite of the sedate home support of Craven Cottage, it will be noisy and raucous. We only got 1,200 tickets (a sizeable chunk of that went to corp, etc), they'll do well to make a dent in the atmosphere. Winning will help.

Been mentioned we've been given an extra 300 tickets to take the allocation to just over 2,700. These are probably the extras now on sale.

A bit crap that the FA Cup quarters clash with the Easter weekend fixtures, usually throws up some good games. Palace away in 2012 (FFS 14 years ago) 6,000 up there back in the day the home support was pretty shit at Selhurst, their ultras consisted of about a dozen lads right down in the corner just constantly banging a drum. Won 2-0, Rickie Lambert brace, happy days.

Good Morning Christophe, There's actually a decent selection of restaurants available in the city centre and whether British, Indian, Asian, Italian, French, Greek, Turkish, steak houses, etc and whether you'll be looking for a top-end experience or more wallet-friendly, there's a reasonable choice. There's a good selection at Ocean Village which is a pleasant setting or a good varied choice at Westquay South next door to the shopping centre. There's plenty more scattered about elsewhere, I'll let others make recommendations. Most pubs and bars will be packed, particularly as there will be around twice as many away fans for this one as it's a cup game and will be in town early and probably take over a few. Again, your choice of drink, real ale, cheap beer, would determine a recommendation. If you eat at Ocean Village on match day you could always drink around there or nearby Oxford Street or a walk back towards West Quay would take you to the Wool House for a nice old building. I would imagine the Fanzone behind the Northam Stand may be suitable for yourself where they also have a live band on before the game. Half-and-half scarves will be on sale everywhere, unfortunately, most of us detest them. Southampton is more industrial rather than a tourist destination but the city centre is very green with massive parks through the centre, great when the sun is shining, There's Sea City museum (with the Titanic story), Solent Sky museum (a small aviation display - near Ocean Village), Tudor House, various city walks around the Walls and Vaults (Southampton was once ransacked by the French...take care!). Of course if you'd like to venture further afield then London is little more than an hour on the train (but expensive!) or closer by Winchester is a very nice cathedral city to visit, 15 minutes on the train from Central station.
