  1. Where the **** did he get 5 minutes?
  2. Jrod on for Rickie.
  3. Good to see, rated him.
  4. "Stand up if you've ****ged Kev's wife". - classy
  5. Oh ****, Phillips coming on.
  6. That was a **** challenge on Morgan, looks ok though.
  7. Awaits complaints that it is another goal from a set piece.
  8. Osvaldo and Lambert can't play together.
  9. Osvaldo is Avery good playe, end of. Whether him and Rickie are a good partnership is a different question.
  10. I am sure we will win, but we are not fluent with our front 2/3
  11. Davis has done a solid job, but we need a pit of pace or skill to break down a well organised Palace back line. I'd go with Rodriguez or Ramirez at HT.
  12. We got lucky there!
  13. Lambert over the bar. Good move.
  14. If football was played only up to the 18 yard line I reckon we'd be EuropeN Champions, final ball is predictable and poorly executed.

  16. *enters Naked Gun mode* Its a group of people assembled to watch the game, but that's not important right now.
  17. Read this article from Gary Neville last year. Interesting points in it about how to get the best out of players both on and off the pitch in the final third of their career. I think SRL will get less game time this year, how he reacts to that will determine whether we get better performances as a result. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2106465/Gary-Neville-Ryan-Giggs-Paul-Scholes-way-age.html
  18. DSM - Dell Sized Mentality
  19. That has made my night.
  20. We have no chance.
  21. Agree with all of that. I would also add that Osvaldo brings a new dimension to our attack when he runs at defences. Not convinced that we can accommodate both him and SRL during the whole game, but it's great to have options up front.
  22. Not sure. Guess this thread is hypothetical now
  23. Really interesting debate. The 'Y-Word' will likely follow the same path as the 'N-Word', it will be adopted by a group as a defence mechanism or an identity to shock as required. Search for the Richard Pryor live show on i-player for evidence. In a much more minor way I often introduce myself as a Pommie or Soutie when I am in South Africa, I get it in before I get any stick from the Dutchmen (excuse the racist term) My personal standpoint is that I wouldn't call a Jew or a Spurs fan a Yid, what they choose to call themselves - I couldn't give a ****.
  24. Let's discuss on build up thread
