  1. Hopefully they have got the sponsor wrong.
  2. Taking advice from the Skates 15 years ago.
  3. Take off the sponsor and it would have been up there. But that single plastic panel ruined it.
  4. Hush you. I'm dying on this hill.
  5. Footballers leaving is not the point. Career progression is not the point. How they do it is critical. Resigning him shows that we are happy to have no dignity. Never mind if you treat us like sh*t, come back whenever you need a pension.
  6. So, no self respect for you then? Re-employing him sends a signal that we are happy to be used and f*cked over. Lets welcome him back for a final pay day. What idiots are we.
  7. No, you're right, he will tell everyone he was an idiot to leave on terrible terms, swell his bank account and win the premier league, then return like the prodigal son, all forgiven to enjoy a twilight payday. "And you can do it too kids!!!!!"
  8. 'Look lads, play well here and we can get you out ASAP.'
  9. Do Leopards change their spots? What an awful example to set to the squad. Stab us in the back and we will forgive you in ten years time.
  10. Watching us becoming the new Barcelona v Sheffield Wednesday on the first friday night of the season. Finally getting to see a game in person, only for it to be the home game v Millwall. (Huddersfield was my second choice.... Well done.) That one game attended allowing me to be there for the euphoria at Wembley

High wages, finished the season injured and question marks over whether he can make a meaningful contribution going forward. On the other hand he may be one of the 'leaders' that Dragan Solak described that we need. I would rather we had him with us rather then against us. But, to join a European finalist like Fiorentina would be a great move for him.
  13. Given that he has not played consistent football at any level for 16 months, and he has never played at PL level, anything from him would be a massive bonus. And, if i'm wrong, fine.
  14. He was bought to provide firepower to get out of the Championship. He is no longer needed for that purpose. Time to move on. Consider this me writing him off.
  15. Would love this under our crest in Latin. Thank you google translate: "canistrum ultra-exactionem cancri"
  16. If Brentford can get it right, so can we.
  17. Hopefully he wouldn't follow in Hoddle's shoes of simply getting frustrated with those not as technically able as him
  18. Reflecting on my previous position..... This isn't quite as bad as I remember.
  19. What do you feel he can offer? My point may have been crudely made, but as a player he is past it, and as coach he would just use us as a stepping stone, so far from the inspiring role model our younger players need. I see no benefit to bringing him back.
  20. In my considered and eloquent opinion. That self entitled little rat bastard can fuck off.
  21. Yep. I catch myself daydreaming how amazing it was.
  22. Yes, staggering the amount of building that's happened around the stadium.
  23. How fantastic it was that VAR was not used or needed at all.
  24. May I be the first to not welcome the little egotist back.
  25. Not a member, so cannot go. Shame.
