To get those I would have to install an etirely new TV aerial or pay for a Sky engineer for me to go Multiroom. For internet TV streaming on a big tele for the price of a 3.50 cable, bargain.

Is Formula One in trouble? In the UK possibly. Going to a pay TV viewing format for half the races is damaging, couple that with the results almost being a foregone conclusion when it is on terrestrial and the spectacle has been highly diminished. In other parts of the world though the sport is continuing to thrive. Vettel is a hero to many, many fans, Ferrari continue to be a huge draw and as shown before, domination has never prevented the sport's popularity in the past (McLaren in the 80's, Williams in the Early/Mid 90's, Schumacher between 2000-2005.) I still love the sport and the technical aspect of it has always fascinated/inspired me. Coupled with there being a still fascinating struggle behind the Red Bulls to see who can attack them (which has admittedly petered out as the teams concentrate on next year's cars and new technical regulations) then I still find things to enjoy.

It's about time our front players really clicked. Saints 3-1 Palace. Osvaldo's first goal for the club, a Rickie Lambert penalty and Jay Rodriguez finding his confidence again.

I still rate him as someone who has a role to play but he is always going to be frustrating and look disinterested at times, yet he always has the potential to create a game changing moment. He played a key role last year including his part in the win v Newcastle and his goals securing points v Arsenal and West Ham, while not as consistent as others without him we would have been far closer to the drop zone. Was 12 million too much? Probably. Yet there is no point casting a player who is still young and with his natural ability aside. Sadly he is at the catch 22 of needing game time to improve and having players who are performing better currently ahead of him.

So what is it to be? Shares? Stakes? Ponzi? In fairness it's good to see that the fans will have some influence for their cash. Certainly the use of the word stakeholders undermines any true claim for fan ownership they had, it is merely a full and frank admission that they simply bankrolled the current owners who they hope and pray will have the clubs best interests at heart.... and P.S. guys, cheers for the dough!

It's excellent for watching iPlayer, catchuptv or similar on a larger screen. I have this set up at home in my bedroom.

By gum lad, don't thee knooo t' mother tongue?

As far as I could see, any touch was utterly negligible. Delighted we got the rub of the green, but like the Schneiderlin challenge last week... we were fortunate.
-
Hmmm, Yes, Liverpool should have had a penalty, but yes, we deserved to win.

Furious that Lawro has bottled it.
-
Lawro has bottled it on Match of the Day. We do get Hansen and Robbie Fowler though.

lol @ the obvious Saint cheering in the home end when the goal went in. Good man!

For those who havn't seen.

Goals from open play? That's so last season darlingz.
-
No. I get that. But what kind of sparring where they undertaking? Were Swords part of the agenda?
-
Any respect I had for that man is gone. Seriously, what the hell was he doing to sustain that injury? Sparring!? Really?
-
Looking forward to Mark Lawrenson having to offer choking praise. That'll be worth an entire season's worth of dross from him.
-
Our depth in midfield really told in the second half. Ward-Prowse, Cork and S. Davis all used to help us smother the scousers. Fantastic to see them used to great effect.
-
How very un-Saints. More shots, more shots on target..... less possession!!
-
Get. the. f**k. in!!!

Jesus, when Matt cries 'goal' he does sound like Merson!!!
