I've really gone for the running as part of a new year's resolution. I've got to the point of cracking 5 miles at a pace of 10 minutes per mile and i'm feeling quite good with it however I am suffering from numbness in my left foot and occasional blisters. I've been recommended some kinds of socks (circulatory ones and cushioned running ones) and i've already had a pair of Asics specified for me based on some gait analysis the local running shop did for me but I would like to hear from anyone else who may have had similar experiences.
