What type of running shoes are you using mate? I used to be the same but I had some analysis done for me at the local running shop and they specified a pair of shoes for me that immediately cured it. It wasn't cheap (the shoes that is...) but was absolutely worth it!

Having used to sit there, I would guess it's the trade off of miss a few minutes at the end of the first half to join a queue, or miss the first part of the second half when you join the back of the queue at half time. It can get pretty busy down there. The family end where I sit however is juuuuust right.

Fit, capable, willing and more importantly already employed. That they havn't been filling in on the bench is a scandal.

Who's taking part in it this year? I've just been talked into it by a mate. Thankfully I have now got to a point of being able to do 6 miles in a pace of 9 min 50 per mile and there's six months to train.... but i'm still scared of being incredibly slow. Is anyone else on here partaking?

On maybe an unrelated tangent, I was discussing 'possibilities' of expansion and the railway station in the Eclipse not long ago. While a little worse for wear though... you understand.

Not playing for, but I did dream last night that the Stadium was being bulldozed and we would be groundsharing at 'Southampton Rugby Club' while the new ground was put up at the existing site. Dreams, make no sense.
