  1. In other words, 'Interested parties' actually meant parties that THEY are interested in.
  2. You should have upgraded the damned shields!!!!!! Poor Jack/Tali.
  3. As do we all, those pesky lil' blood cells.
  4. +1.
  5. If the cash flow is fine at my end, hells yes!!!!!
  6. Taking into account previous clubs who have either gone into admin or not recieved a CVA.... Admin - 9 Points Applied in the Premiership No CVA Agreement (as there are no assets) but still playing - 10 Points Trading while insolvent - 5 Points 'Various' Indescretions - 5 points A 20 Point deduction in the championship
  7. I was at the Brittania yesterday and the Blackburn fans where extremely lively all game and very, very angry. When Allardyce walked off at the end of the game a shower of debris was thrown at him, the stewards presence around them was something you would normally only expect for a local derby. Murmours where floating around the corporate lounges afterwards that there had been an incident and an injury, horrible that this has been confirmed. My thoughts to the guy's family, sounds like he was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, if the guy did throw a metal bin then he should be looking at a decent stretch for Manslaughter.
  8. And there it is, just finished my first play through. Loved it, bloody loved it. This sequel has suceeded in removing a lot of the needless actions in the first game (back tracking through maps after missions etc) and still works brilliantly, the play mechanics are still the same too, so it's great to play, a wonderful action/rpg crossover. It retains the wonderful dramatic elements of the first game and improves on them, the voice acting is inspired, Martin Sheen as 'The Illusive Man; is incredible and it rivals many films for how it delivers the narrative. However...... And it's a big however..... The first story was an epic, with twists and turns throughout. This isn't. It's a story about bulding a team and has an anticlimatic battle at the end. People die in your team based on your actions, but other then that, it's rather lacking. It is a stunning, stunning game, but it lacks the key strength the first game had. It's wonderful story. 8/10
  9. Even if a few slip through, good god, I dread to think....
  10. If he can take us to the premier league and then gets offered a 'bigger' role, I would think he had earnt it...
  11. From the News of the World article: "The Saints were considering demanding Pompey pay for their 4,000 allocation up front in case the Fratton Park side are forced into administration before Saturday's fifth-round tie." So, we could have played a direct role in their death. I am actually dissapointed we showed mercy.
  12. Sweeeeeeet.
  13. Excuse me, I had been listening to radio reports since this broke claiming it had begun after they split, I had just glanced over what you typed and missread it based on that pre-conception. If that is the case then it further undermines him.
  14. Your point is that because they had seperated she has freedom to do what she wants?
  15. She is still the mother of his child. And for the mother of his children to go with his club and national captain will have been unthinkable to him. (I would guess, and based on reports i've heard he was left distraught by this whole sorry state of affairs.) Nonetheless, he cheated. And the murky nature of it leaves him unsuitable to be captain.
  16. HAHAHAHAHAHHHAAA Unique circumstances? Yeah, overspending to the point of insolvency, isn't that what happens to every company that goes into administration? Idiots.
  17. Good, a leader should never in good conscience have an affair with a close friend and team mate's ex and children's mother, especially when the mate in question still has feelings for the girl and said captain is married!! The captain must be the leader on the pitch and manager's right hand, how on earth can the players give him their trust and word if he has a history of not caring about how they feel? Gerrard to succeed him.
  18. Either first season back in the prem, inching towards survival or top end of the championship top 4 at least.
  19. Yes, clubs evolve. But the identity of the club is widely accepted, right now, as being that fan designed Logo and red and white stripes, black shorts and white socks (with black and red trim). A one of special shirt for our 125 anniversary is a wonderful idea, but overall I would expect most fans to want us to remain with the colour schemes and shield we already possess. A fascinating debate all the same though!
  20. Firefly (Stupid idiot network cancelling it after one season in which they screwed up the episode running order.) Battlestar Galactica (Re-make, Utterly brilliant) Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (A seven year long slow burner about an all out intergalactic war? Yes please!) And yes, I do loves my Sci-Fi.
  21. SG: As my father always told me, speculate to accumulate, YOU CAN'T FAIL!!!!!
  22. Bye bye Pompey, Pompey bye bye.........
  23. In fairness though, I sincerely doubt that will be a problem! haha. Looks like our derby game will be going ahead.
  24. It won't though, it only applies to 3 lane motorways. HGV's can still legally take the outside lane on 2-lane dual carriageways (Motorways such as the M2 and A-Roads)
