It's Nepalese rather then Indian, but the Gurkha Chef is outstanding. Very similar to indian food, and they do have an indian section for the menu. It's quite small though so you really need to book.

The break even levels on the old mortgage agreement. Based on comments made that indicate that the new owner could be someone who is willing to actually put some money in then I would suggest that isn't a key factor anymore, merely a secondary one. All football is based on running at a loss, we will be on a level playing field with the other clubs for a change. (I'm not saying it's the right way to operate, for it is all ultimately unsustainable.... but I don't support saints for the business side... I have my fill of that during the working day!)
