  1. I'm sure the club have a promising youngster from the German league lined up for about £7M
  2. I agree , should be put on as part of the policing operation. I'm still not sure how they're going to park enough coaches for 2700 fans south of the Chapel , logistics will be interesting to get them in and out. Probably keep them in at the end as well.
  3. Skates is category A* , it's the only home league game that will have this pricing. It's as much a stitch up for our fans as it is for them , they will pay £40 in block 28, we pay £55 in block 29
  4. Apparently they are available, I think one of Downs or Stewart has to start
  5. Depending where you're travelling from get the train in, pride festival has some road closures as well I think, those 4 cruise ships alone make the roads a nightmare before you add in 30k going to the football as well
  6. Perfectly put 👏 the soft toys and mannequin in nonce corner should be put on display outside Fratton for eternity to remind them They're really angry at the ticket price even though it's the same as cheapest home end , foaming at the mouth just at the mention of the facking scummers
  7. They've rebranded their Peado corner now , it's just called the Fratton End When I first saw that picture I thought it had to be a photoshop, truly captures their fanbase perfectly
  8. They're actually better off than home fans, whole away bit £40 same as our corners but some of their seats would be in "flank" that we are paying £45 for. £22.50 for enforced travel seems steep. Bit of a shit away day really
  9. Is there a FAQ "am I allowed to piss on the seats?"
  10. Got to be better than the last Danish signing we made
  11. Reminds me a bit of the Charlie Taylor signing , lots of appearances but a player I've never actually noticed before
  12. Lol , I'll update my Facebook profile again to "I stand with Ukraine"
  13. We've shifted a few last few days for Skates then, club will probably leave it on sale to just members if it's that close to a sell out. Stoke will be about 29k attendance then with lower away following as well, surprised they don't bring more with the free travel provided. Norwich - fantastic numbers sold 👏
  14. Going to be interesting to see what we charge them , I reckon it will be £40 to match what our fans pay in corners and how much they get charged for compulsory travel. They'll probably have to meet at Fratton ridiculously early as well
  15. I think the club overestimated the demand for this game. In reality tickets are expensive (unnecessary to make it category A*) and it's logistically a pain for a lot of fans to get to , midday on a sunday with no trains. If you bought a £30 membership and a ticket in block 29 next to away fans for £55 + £1.50 ticket tax that's a huge amount to pay out for a game that's on itv. Last I heard there was still over 1000 tickets remaining nearly all either side of away end
  16. I have no idea, but Romeu loved living here and was often out on long walks with his dog along South Downs , I think he'd be perfect short term signing to add experience and good influence within the dressing room
  17. I suspect you are right but the idea of buying a ticket and not bothering to use it seems mad to me, at least offer to give it away to someone Only about 150 left out of the 2,022 allocation
  18. Norwich in the cup now on open general sale, only about 150 left, impressive sales for that one considering the competition
  19. Stewart was so shocked being named in the starting line up at Northampton he ran straight to the bogs to throw up
  20. Was it Puel who said Redmond could be next Theirry Henry? And JWP the next Beckham? Maybe I dreamt that
  21. I feel a bit sorry for him
  22. Of course there is, most successful championship teams have a couple of top loans
  23. True. We scored a lot of goals as a team , Che Adams was a good partner for Armstrong, held the ball and made space for him
  24. Agree with you Derry. It is also worth noting that the football God's dictate that a Saints v Stoke league fixture at St Mary's usually finishes as a 0-1 defeat so we must allow for that. Nov 2015 - Saints 0v1 Stoke May 2017 - Saints 0v1 Stoke March 2018 ‐ Saints 0v0 Stoke April 2024 - Saints 0v1 Stoke Just scoring against them would be nice.
  25. I agree, I think we did fairly well completely some sales early enough. Money in for Sulemana, Onuacho and Bednarek all with sizeable wages off the books and Ramsdale loan completed with some money in to cover what we need to pay to Arsenal. Shame Aribo, Edozie deals are dragging, seems like the club are not making any attempt to keep them
