He's still young for a CB so nice recognition for the lad, adds a few £££ to his value as well , sports Republic will be pleased.

https://x.com/AlfieHouseEcho/status/1854452088710852972?t=Qm4z5PrGg2OFsgUpxIvpBg&s=19 Seems to be quite a lot of criticism of the pricing, I think club know the half and half scarf brigade will be out in force so don't care really. Should have been £20 season ticket holders and members, then £30 for others https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/24706653.southampton-fans-disappointed-carabao-cup-ticket-prices/?ref=rss

Suppose so, hopefully we sell out , just seemed a jump double the price of Stoke in the last round in a competition that devalued itself by fixing the draw to ensure big clubs made the later rounds
-
You never know! More likely a reenactment of the 1-6 quarter final defeat though
-
Date and ticket details confirmed, seem a bit high for the Carabao but it is Liverpool I suppose https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/southampton-vs-liverpool-carabao-cup-24-25

Stop being greedy, we've had our win
-
Still think that's likely, might depend on whether we have the Loch Ness Drogba back to fitness by then Tall Paul is becoming a cult hero though, gets a great reception from the fans when warming up along the touchline
-
Fair play to you chaps, would have been me few years ago but I'd opt for the 08.15 now, split ticket works well on that line, early start , still one of the joys of an away day boarding a train at breakfast time seeing the look on normal passengers faces when you casually crack open a can of ale.

I can't see it lasting, fans of National league clubs gave it a big thumbs down when announced, Eastleigh even opted out of it. Just rubbed salt into the wounds after they voted to stop replays in a proper competition (the FA Cup)
-
I don't think it's right. I've bought tickets for non-members for Leicester and Everton as "season ticket additional" and both times there were literally a hundred or so left when I got them
-
Do the team doctors assist in the incident and therefore unavailable if needed for a player requirement so play stops until they are back in position? That was the case Rotherham home last season at St Mary's.
-
I'll never forget the lack of effort he put in v Chelsea in the FA Cup semi final, always had potential but never seemed to have the right attitude when a Saints player Will be man of the match for sure.
-
I knew our record v Wolves was bad recently but it's even worse than I realised, bogey team that even managed to beat us with 10 men against Nathan Jones side Some opposition thoughts https://www.wolvesforum.co.uk/threads/southampton-h-9-11-build-up-match-thread.38659/
-
That's right, sold out at "season ticket holder additional " stage and not made general
-
To balance that I thought they looked good and were unlucky to lose against Man City.
-
-
As futile as it is, I think I'd take that
-
I notice Chelsea at home goes on open general sale this morning, think that might be the first time this season a game has made it to this stage for non-members to buy. Seems a bit short-sighted by the club to not restrict it to purchase history as there's loads of Hampshire based Chelsea who could end up in the home end. Just a heads up if any non-members were looking to buy https://www.southamptonfc.com/en/southampton-vs-chelsea-24-25

Yep had that edge back, turn of pace and can carry the ball, wish he'd sign that contract extension, top player
-
Completely agree, probably not surprising when people on here during the game don't have the outlet of shouting or singing to release, thought it was good in the ground generally today, mostly positive around me and made a decent noise at times, nice seeing Martin finally getting to approach THE WALL for a final whistle celebration https://www.facebook.com/share/v/15Az6HJaht/

Next week we play away to Winless Wolves, huge pressure on them to beat us, expect they will but an interesting game, having beaten Stoke and Everton this week there will be a positive vibe around the club

I don't think he says anything particularly bad , remember context of answers depends on question he's received , trying to remain positive https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/24694299.every-word-southamptons-martin-said-ahead-facing-everton/
