Thomson is not ready to play a big part at this level, maybe he should join a league two team for a bit and get match practise and learn how to deal with certain situations, he has pace and sometimes looks like he would be a usefull player in league one, so hopefully he shows that promise from the bench or with a loan move and be ready to help us more in the 2nd part of the season, in which hopefully we are pushing for 5th or 6th place.

Have to say AP is the man who will take us forward, as many have said its depressing to be bottom of league one i was expecting us to be on 0 points by the start of next month, but hey AP is starting to bring in some players and getting rid off the **** we have in the squad who have failed last season and part of this season, AP needs a natural winger and maybe another striker for when one of the polish lads go, good thing is we are a big club in league one and players will wana join us despite the postion where in, which will help us get the team to take us up the table, automatic promotion is now out of the question but playoffs are still achiveable and AP and any player with aimbiton will try and get there.

Sounds good hope he signs now we just need a winger and were be on 0 points in no time.

I think if they are still wanting out we should sign a new striker as well otherwise we will be ****ed with patterson and lambert as patterson is a 3rd choice striker IMO for this season.

We need a out and out winger lallana is a good player but he plays as a attacking midfielder if hes gona play there most of the season we should try and use him in a ronaldo role where he stays out on one wing but cuts in more and stays more upfront. Lee holmes or a player with a bit of pace with league one experince and can do the odd cross that lands on RLs head.

We need another 2 or 3 players and to get rid off a few we should sell a few for free to kettering as well.

This team is pathetic they better do a come back, there is some good players in this team who should be standing out in this league and helping us up and also the manager is good so he should be sorting the team out and i hope he gave them a bollocking at half time. I think its a case of getting in 2 more decent league one players Lambert is a proven league one player and doing well for us 2 more people like him would be good one being a winger with at least 12-15 assts in this league last season.

I think JP would be a quality coach we should get him back as res manager get are young players playing good football at res level and prepare them for 1st team.

Gilett is a good player we are lucky we have 3 good CM in this league in wotton gilett and spiderman. He will get his chance wotton wont be able to start every game this season its up to him to play well and prove hes goodeuff when he comes on as a sub or when he gets his rare start.

I think hes a good defender and i play football and coach, i think hes a good defender he has commitment for tackles and headers which he is both good at and that is what you want from defenders also he can pop up with the odd goal. Defo a decent league one defender maybe a good defender for lower championship clubs so hes worth brining in for 2 maybe 3 seasons.

Got told by a few mates of mine who support pompey rekons on the 29th of august there enter admin unless that nob buys them. No matter even if that nob buys them there still be in deep trouble they wont have enough time to buy players in this transfer window and there gona strugle untill xmas in which there be in a very poor postion i would take the stabality we seem to have now over theres but there league status i would take over ours.

Well im optmistic this season if we sign Lambert and Jaidi 2 quality players for this league. Saga and Lambert with Paterson as 3rd choice would be quality.

Yea thanks ok now nearly lost my arm thats why i am more than likely to hate any sort of knife crime more than anyone else does on here and seeing people saying a saints fan may have been stabbed shocks me even if they were bein mouthy no one deserves it and it scares me thinking it can happen in public in southampton town centre.

NO one deserves to get stabbed i was stabbed back in jan this year in winchester i didnt mouth off or cause anyone any trouble to make them want to harm me, this could be the case here people who carry knifes are cowards who would hurt you even if you didnt mouth off or give it large to them. Are defense was under pressure most of the game and looked good patterson looks like he found his level. James was never in the game at RM should of taken him off earlyer then we did. Harding looked good MOM. Wayne Thomas was good untill he decied to pull down the striker for the pen which then resulted in a save from davis 2 courners and there goal. Saga did ok his goal or would of been goal should of counted and he worked hard. Overall ok result get in a decent striker and 2 or 3 roation players and were be sorted i think.

Last season i thought he was awfull in most the games he played in but he had stupid pace and would tear people up with it the best way to describe him is the **** version of aarron lennon and i think he would be very good in league one but hes never gona be more than a average championship player for a bottom half team.

If John signs a new contract we have the one of or the best strikers in this league and with Davis we have the best keeper in this league, so i have faith becasuse im sure Harding will prove me wrong and be better then Mills and have a quality season with the rest of the back 4 hopefully containing Thomas and Perry and were have plently of clean sheets and with John plenty of goals.

Im anoyed AP didnt sign a player in a postion where we are weaker like CB AP i still rate and have faith in just i have friends who are ITFC season ticket holders who said he was hit and miss mainly miss and when he plays bad hes the worse player on the pitch and a friend who went to leeds games saying he was awfull i have seen him play wen leeds played us and he was awfull i swear it was him in the game we lost 4-3 at LB and he was ripped apart like Wright was for us at RB of course i wont judge him untill he has played a few games but my inital reaction is of disapointment if he proves me wrong il be the 1st to say sorry on this message board and to the player himself if he read my comments and is anoyed by them.

AP has anoyed me signing him we dont need LBs specialy ones who are awful going by recent form i rember in the championship season he spent with leeds my mate said he was there worse player and in league one he said he was better but nothing special and perfered there youth LB to him. Mills would be better there imo maybe harding will play LM with the other at LB i rember harding was wanted by big clubs in the prem when he was 19/20 and doing well at brighton so hopefully he can find that form again if not then very poor signing.

I have never rated him in are 1st team but hes quick so he has that naturall quickness just getting his ball skills up to standard i heard he done very well at bmouth so hes defo good enough for league two at 20 so he should be able to cut it at league one wouldnt expect him to start most weeks be a roation player probs start every 4 or 5 games maybe the odd sub apperance.
