  1. Some pretty decent tactical analysis on that forum... particularly the "round table" discussion http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=304412.40 Loved this bit tho, sums up our approach... "They were everywhere and we looked to be anywhere but where they were. Pretty much nowhere. They outnumbered us in our half. They outnumbered us in their half. They were getting to every loose ball. We were outplayed and outfought. Lucas, briefly, managed to improve our midfield."
  2. See I think that Lambert doesn't get it because he simply isn't clinical enough. At international level you don't get many chances so you cannot afford to miss 3 chances for every one you score. And I'm not just talking about the Norwich miss, he misses quite a few every game.
  3. Most bookies have it down as a draw. Think that's about right
  4. 10th is the top end of what we could achieve this season... I'll go for 13th
  5. Good read mate
  6. Hes only here for 4 weeks??
  7. oh hang on
  8. Great result for us IMO

    Redknapp

Hope the TV picked up the Northam singing "Redknapp were waiting for you" near the end And I hope twitchy heard it. And now I wish I'd chosen my seat right behind the away dugout
  10. This! Come on, lets have a thread like this for teams aiming for around 10th. Coz thats the plan from here on in, its very clear now
  11. And it we keep thinking things like this... we never will be
  12. Thought it was good for 90% of the game. Unsurprisingly, the last 10 minutes of so it went a bit quiet, when were all basically ****ting ourselves
  13. It was the whole ground singing
  14. Was over Nigel about an hour after he was sacked. Was one of the 0.5% who agreed with the decision in the poll on here. I would never ever be happy with 16th in the premier league after 30 million had been spent. (forget the tough start, we were halfway through the season).
  15. Papa Waigo
  16. bored of the joke now
  17. Not certain about that argument... Ramirez was in a Bologna side last year that was fighting relegation and was credited for being the reason they stayed up (or even got to mid table I think ) He just needs time. And patience
  18. Maybe three at the back is being considered. Didnt Martinez do it at Wigan last season? Forren, Fonte, Yoshi... with Clyne and Shaw playing wing back. Almost an old skool 3-5-2. It did look to me like we were playing 4 4 2 yesterday, with Jay and Rickie up top.
  19. Wenger was criticized by the fans for spunking 15 million on a player for the future. One AOC. Ambitious clubs will do that.
  20. I have an unbeaten away record this season.. went to Fulham and Villa. I'm going to Wigan. In fact Ive only ever seen one defeat away from home and that was Bristol City (and that technically was at home coz I live in Bristol . Went to Millwall, Coventry and City last season. So I guess we're due a defeat
  21. Also hang around the dug outs during the warm ups, you normally get a few. Also when the game is just about to start
  22. With Pochetinno in now... you can kiss this one goodbye. His teams are aggressive "we're coming for you"
  23. Punch will be getting some grief every time he pops to the loo
  24. As the premier league becomes a powerful global brand, it makes perfect business sense to exploit that
