Well dererved and pleased for him. But why do I have a sinking feeling in my stomach? :\

Gaston Ramirez- Bologna to Southampton- £14 million With the ink seemingly about to dry on this one it is easy to see way-and this is meant with the greatest of respect to Southampton- there is an element of surprise to this move. Ramirez has been coveted by a whole host of Europe’s elite; he has everything to his game. His elegant playing style is a joy to watch, his intelligence when in possession belies his age (21), and his all round technique is fantastic. In a world where the diminutive playmaker is now all the rage, at 6ft Ramirez is far more physically imposing, which would stand him in good stead should he move to a more laboriously demanding league. Whilst the success rate of players moving from Italy to England over the past decade is far from impressive, those that do go on to impress are generally not players who have come up through the Italian youth system, but rather made their name in Serie A before moving to the Premiership. 8.5/10 (Chances of it happening today) http://www.sabotagetimes.com/reportage/bendtner-to-juve-and-4-other-transfers-that-will-definitely-maybe-happen-today/ He sounds perfect

2 points ... He was top scorer at the last African cup of nations, Id say that means he's good enough. And he has an amazing back flip goal celebration, we need more back flips at st marys -
Youre not sure????

Disagree. Cortese was offered the CEO position at Milan a few years ago. I doubt that would've happened if he lacked credibility. Well he certainly doesn't in Italy anyway

He knows as much as we do

There's no way Jack Cork would have cushions like that

Guly didn't have a bad game. He had a good first half and faded a bit 2nd half. He links uP the play well and tracks back despite what people say. Some bloke behind me was shouting "muppet" at him every time he didn't play the Perfect pass. It beggars belief. Guly is easily good enough for the prem and I can't wait for him to shove all these negative comments down everyone's throats. Clyne had got something extra though, could be the bargain of the season

Haha that'll be me then! Me and my nipper are in Block 13

Nathanial Clyne... hes all mine, all mine. Nathanial Clyne... hes all mine (to the tune of fog on the Tyne)

Zonal marking makes sense, stops wasted energy stayng in one "zone". But what happens if two attackers enter your zone??

"My friend" eh?

Saw him saturday, thought they had given a prize of meeting the players to some dwarf. He's that small, borderline dwarf no doubt about it

Totally agree. Lots of chairmen made bold predictions and no one takes any notice. When Cortese says it, you wouldn't bet against him. I think it's his aura

I would never be seen dead in a football shirt tbh (unless I was playing football), not even at a saints match. But my son won't wear anything else. He loves it, so that's good enough for me. Its unique and it has an 80s feel. The 80s is cool again atm

The geezer on the end of the phone said he thought it was because they were snowed under and it may change next week. Gay

Yeah agree that 01271 number is best. However, they are not sending seasons tickets out (as things stand). So seeing as I live 100 miles away, I will add this to my list of moans over the past 24 hours. On the plus side, my sons new home kit has arrived after only ordering on Saturday afternoon.

And it doesnt even recognise my customer number now :\

Nice one. I spoke to them and they said all the systems are down. They should be back up within 30 minutes
-
They should choose a provider that is big enough to handle the demand. Were Southampton not Barcelona
