Omg dreamland -
60% of the Swiss have German as a first language. 20% have French, 6% Italian and 1% Romanish. So play the percentages and go for German IMO
-
More often than not they move and their career goes backwards... take note players, you'll be cursed if you leave us!!
-
Win this one Pardew, you ease 5 years of pain and make yourself a legend in the process
-
OMG that bird was grabbing number one you could see it haha!!! LOVE IT
-
Loved the harassing and closing down for 90 minutes...yet dangerous going forward. Need to play like that away every week and we'll do well
-
I think with the uncertainty over Sean O Driscoll potentially signing for Burnley- maybe transfers of players are being put on hold?
-
He heard the first 8 times
-
Alot of talk of being happy with a draw. Well like Pardew and the boys, I now have a winning mentality.... I will be gutted with anything other than a win
-
Special mention to the 5 year year old who thought it was all over....and papa giving him a cuddle awwww
-
I thought he did??

In fairness they were just reacting to our prized moron taking the p*ss out of them.

We beat MK Dons, drew with Norwich and beat Charlton in the JPT. We do not appear to lose to the teams around us

Southampton Football 'cold calling' club re: Saints iplayer...
JustinR replied to Gordon Mockles's topic in The Saints
I have just renewed my subscription for a whole year and its now saying I dont have a subscription even though my account has been debited. And surprisingly no-one is answering my emails about it  -
Gutted for Kelvin but more than happy with Bart so far this season- has the potential to be an all round better keeper IMO. Its just has he mentally got what it takes? Didnt he say to Burley in the play off games his head wasnt right?? Worrying...

I didnt think you were allowed to change! Because Ive felt like it many times over the past couple of years. I followed my old man. In the 80s, in Salisbury when I was at school you had to make a choice early on in school. Normally between the Saints and Liverpool (local versus glory hunting) and I chose the Saints. It was always made clear to me you could not change for the rest of your life- was has often felt like a life sentence Having said that, I could never had EMOTIONALLY changed teams. Its like changing my mother or my son. As much as I might often want to, I just couldnt do it because I love too much

Add me to Wet Side
-
Soaking wet but worth it. "We're the wet side, the wet side, the wet side over here!" First Half awful, hoof to Lambert who won everything but Connolly got outjumped and outmuscled. Harding MOM first half. Antonio was lethargic and slow- looked like he'd just got up. Second half (post rollocking) we looked more intense straight away and Antonio looked a different player- lovely goal cant wait to see it again. Connolly had messed up every shot first half and then goes and scores two. Penalty at the end looked as debatable as our own dodgy free kick that hit the post. MOM has to be Connolly, but special mentions to Antonio, Harding (didnt get beaten once) and Lambert who won EVERY header

Im going- first game of season- cant wait. five wins in six versus five defeats on the spin?? Im really worried
-
Yeah, all this playoff talk is making me extremely nervous
-
I liked these posts- when the MK fans were discussing "positives" to focus on.... "We dont have to visit Southampton again this season?? ....Im trying" and "....but they have to come here "
