I work for a computer company in Sussex, f*ck me is it quiet at the moment! The phones are barely even ringing. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Anyone else finding their work extremely quiet? I've booked a 2 week holiday because it's so quiet - boredom is killing me.

I think you should be able to report your own posts. Some of my posts are completely pointless and quite frankly, they disgust me.

Are you sure its not just a tickbox in control panel? I use a lot of VB forums and a lot of them have that setup - can't imagine they've all had to go into programming! Is there not an extension you can get?

If you were told that and have their names SFC should 100% pay. You've been told wrong information by the people who should know that information. It's not like its a difficult complicated scenario! You've 100% done the right thing and certainly shouldn't feel bad reclaiming your money from them - it's definitely their fault.

That'd just never ever ever happen. Anything manual is too much hassle to consistently keep up to date. We tried that just between the admins and it didn't work - so would be even less likely to work on here for everyone to see.
