If we win 8-0 tonight some people would still complain. I remember when we beat Wolves 6-0 some people were saying 'Oh I've seen us play better than that, we were just lucky that they all went in today'

Oh you have to pay.

So say I wanted to download this for instance: http://www.newzbin.com/browse/post/5974511/ What do I click? :/
-
OK - thanks Baj. I'll give it another shot when I'm at home. You have to pay for newsbin don't you? I did download that but resented having already paid for giganews to then be paying out for that.

what?

I guess I'm lucky - never used anything like that. I've been downloading over 100GB a month for a long time now too. Never had a problem. I do always go for an uncapped business package though and I tend to think ISP's don't tend to keep as close eye on these packages.

Because I mostly download films - they often come in rar capacity. I'd find I'd download an 8GB torrent for a bluray and one of the rars would be corrupt so I'd have to start again. Also you've got a HUGE amount of crap to reel through before you find what you want. Also files seem to often be badly labelled. In a torrent situation if a file was badly labelled it wouldn't get seeded so it doesn't work its way to the top of the pile. In newsgroups this is obviously not the case. A number of times I have downloaded something only to find it has been in foreign language. Also because files are often rar'd you stand a much higher chance of getting a virus. Also you have to pay for newsgroups. Torrents are free. Also all the software I have downloaded so far to deal with newsgroups have been very buggy. Also you are unable to read comments someone has made about the file you are about to download to find out if it is of good quality etc.

I tried newsgroups and found they were crap. I'd like to continue downloading via torrents. Yesterday I downloaded 56GB and my internet speed was flying, then all of a sudden the internet is still really speedy but the torrents are downloading extremely slowly (10-20kbs) I assume BT have caused this? Left my laptop on last night and its just continued right through peak time. Is there anything I can use to block them from knowing what I'm downloading so they just think I'm downloading like if I downloaded from megaupload or something?

The title of this thread is extremely misleading.

I hate taking balls to the head.

I don't think so.

Wish I'd put some money on this. I've seen the arse play brum a few times and it has never been an easy game for them.

So was it a mug or an air rifle that killed this fan?

Thought Kelvin was very much to blame for their goal - you really can't blame anyone else in that one. All good goals though - lets keep the momentum!

Whilst I appreciate you giving your opinion jawillwill, I'd rather you didn't quote my posts as I fear it may damage my amazing reputation. Regards, thesaint sfc -

The 'Kadeem Hardison viewing the mainboard' thread

If we could PM I'd let Kadeem have my password for his mainboard viewing pleasure. If he posted a few times it would give me a break from posting pointless crap too. Everyone is a winner, except me, the admins and Kadeem and everyone else. -
I still can't believe you're not gay.

type in internet explorer 192.168.1.1 - login using administrator as the username and password as the password. Should then find Wireless Security or something along those lines down the left? That might work!
