I like Ralph but to think why hes not been sacked after poor performances week in week out for the last 15 games is beyond me. As you've eluded to when we sell one or more of our top players set aside the portion of pay off money from Ralph's remaining contract and there you go just a bit less left over in the transfer fund so simple .Lets face it with our track record of utter rubbish that we've bought and placed on long term contracts, that are out on loan at the moment it seems none of them are putting in performances to warrant their contracts being bought for the loaned clubs they are at . Same old performances week in week out and thats why we are in a pile of shit,nothings changing and never will until the system whatever that is changes or the team selection and the system changes. Try something different and adapt to the on field actions. two 9-0 defeats for fuck sake and were still Southampton fans,one 9-0 was bad enough but come on TWO,change it or go ,that combined with lack of intensity in the semi final well says it all ,were all starved of success as supporters of our chosen club and not to show up wow. Who realistically would we like as an alternative manager?.......................................

Great shout ........was thinking exactly that on watching that turgid display on Sunday. How many times did he make good runs forward whilst playing on the right side for England?,seems very reluctant to do so for the club why do we always have to recycle what at the time seems a good opportunity only to see the ball back at the feet of the keeper who then blasts the ball from wheres its just been only to find the touch line totally baffling.

That would be a fantastic statement of intent .............fuck us off and you know what you aint getting in this year folks.........brilliant idea,but strong safeguards now need to be implemented and these foreign owners need to realise it aint football so fucking leave it.

The club wont get compensation the owner would surley? get Mourinho in now at least he will tell the players in interviews how bad they are then some may realise their time is up.

Hey its not us keyboard fans that have to learn tactics it s the bloody manager and the backroom staff that need to address this issue ,and lets face it Ralph is way too stubborn to think about changing things up. If we played Jankewitz against WBA and it didn't turn out then hey hes not playing but the lads done one mistake and now it seems hasn't got the ability or managers belief that hes worthy of replacing what we had on show today. Wheres the captains passion and drive to lead to team as it is and show desire. How many times did we get to the 18 yrd line only to pass it all the way back to Forster and for him to pump it into touch. Not just this game we showed no passion but at least the last 9/10, its rotten and broken, not one shot on target for a game that could have meant that if wed won and then gone on to win the final itself we would have been on cloud 9,and that it seems isn't sufficient for us to get motivated. Can we survive this season?..........and if we do i hope ,we can turn the corner bin the dead wood and hopefully show some trust in the one or two fringe player to come good at some stage and build from there. Wow just deflated to be honest no passion just from the fans who are desperate for signs of players giving a fuck.

If Jankewitz cant get a shot in this game when might he get another go? Diallo or Redmond or Djenepo could quite easilly be replaced atm,but Ralph wont let him loose,this guys suposed to be mustard yes? its tense but we need to be braver its there for the history making COYS.

Sadly there are no more 50/50 tackles now a days due to the player breaking down in agony at the slightest hint of have been assaulted,but yes play the fringe players and hope that the regular first teamers arnt required.

Very emotional to watch,just to think as kids hungry to make the next step in the game you'd have done anything not to let the dream die,all for a leather football and enjoyment doing what you love. The emotional scars that are left behind are there for the rest of their lives,some were fortunate to stop and be brave enough to walk away but a lot of these boys weren't able to and it has taken a lot of bottle to come forward and speak up about it.

RIP Frank great entertainer,not too many around these days,too much money and image rights rather than unhindered talent that was let free.

That game for him showed that its in there somewhere just needs to be confident and be brave,yes he gets alot of stick because of this ,and were all passionate Saints fans so yes of course we want this to be the way forward.

Did anyone notice the pace on the ball when Redmond passed the ball back to Bertie on the right back position i think it was against M.city or just against Brighton but i don't think they get on with each other, and then the glare afterwards . A bit tetchy me thinks. Im sure someone saw the same as me or i might have been seeing that little incident and got the wrong idea. 2nd half of either one of the games mentioned. For some time now those 2 have never really played together with trust in each others ability to commit attacking moves unlike the right side with KWP and Armstrong and Ralph should get them together and bang their heads together and tell them it stops now or subs bench ,just cross the balls and see what panic we may cause.

Where was the urgency after conceding after 56 minutes? we fucking show no ability to be able to get anything goal worthy in attempts to try and unsettle teams. Relegation very much starts to loom in sight after this dreadful inept display . No desire to take chances just fanny around passing to defenders across the back with no movement in front running .All our second half displays have been dreadful this season and that seemed to start with being 4-0 up away to villa ,we only just got that.!!!!!. Who else was screaming at the telly when from our throw in in their half near the corner flag ,who would have thought it would find its way back to Forster(who by the way) was shocking for the first goal . We constantly keep killing our own self belief by making so many unforced errors we cant adapt to the situation and become scarred to move the ball quickly enough to make chances. We are letting the likes of Fulham get closer to us and YES OUR GOAL DIFFERENCE is now becoming a big problem. Anyone see how good Burnley were yesterday?.......if we continue to play like that in anymore of our remaining fixtures were going to go ,if not this season then certainly next . Totally agree with the Bertrand assessment of his game from you , hes not seemed to be enjoying his roll for about past 2-3 seasons now .Every now and then like the rest he will turn up and look interested in the game and what hes there to do. There seems to be no real challenge for him in that position, so there's an arrogance that's crept in . As ive said before is there no one in the whole club- team -squad set up that can actually be right back back up?....just play players in their trained squad positions simple eh? . Man City will rip us apart unless we show more than we have done in recent dour performances that's a nail on. Watts for Redmond or Tella for Redmond,hes done nothing since Pep gave him the world beater chat walking off the pitch at City,anyone else remember that ?
