Collectively, the whole squad hasn't worked.All the hype of thinking were going to smash the league is so way off ATM i don't think were good enough. Will Still dosent seem fill me and many more i suspect with confidence going forward that were capable of moving on from previous seasons of abject robotic slow meaningless tactics . Crosses were going in but without the presence of Stewart as an aerial threat and Fraser being the last free body at times in an area where you'd want Stewart to be, but he didn't come on till last 15 mins.Fellows looks like hes going to be a bright prospect. Far too many slow meaningless sideways passes again today,and towards the end of the match there was that dreaded feeling of coking that pass up. Listen we didn't turn up and perform like it was a local derby just another match in fact ,that was the feeling i took from the game.Ref was dodgy,but thankfully no contentious VAR..............😁

I think Dibbling could learn alot from Grealish tbh, if he goes on to develop in the way Everton bought him for.

Its far too late in the remaining transfer window to have a complete overhaul now ,that should have been planned months ago whilst we were still in the prem being relegated.

Christ i forgot about BBD..........Stewart should have got one today,not sure about Downes, not sure hes the answer either,but were nowhere near where we hope as a team we need to be,early days yes but lets hope for cohesiveness and better understandings of what were about after the dust has settled after this transfer window.

Yeah totally agree,could have been worse,just seen the highlights and we were fortunate,not in control,early days atm and team still in development so to speak,but after assessing the 2 games so far definitely work in progress. Any chance we can just have some shots on goal Russell? It’s much harder to create shots on goal when your build up is so slow that the opposition just drop back into their defensive shape so easily. That’s what fannying about at the back enables. The system adds more risk to us than our opponents. Its all gone very quietly on the Man City FFP. Why? the premier league need to present their facts and accusations sooner rather than later surely? It boggles the mind that the big clubs are still spending money as much as they do without sanctions,unlike those against Leicester. Newcastle the worlds richest club millions of times over still cant go out and spend like the likes of Chelsea Arsenal Tottenham and to some point Manure Utd. This has been going on for about 3-4 years and only the smaller clubs seem to have been penalized, somewhat unfair to me...........................
