Has your dad got any of the newspaper cuttings from when it was done? Would be great to have those scanned and uploaded here. Might help to settle some of the "disputes" that crop up over what exactly certain bits represent.

It all comes down to what you are pre-disposed to read it as. Me, I tend not to see the whinging in people (even our friend Alpine) so I tend to see it as the normal highs and lows of following a sports team, nothing more nothing less. Sure, there are some that take it to the levels of near bipolar extremes, but I cant see that in the quotes above. Nothing better than venting your frustration about a pointless agem over the 'web IMHO.

Cant see anyone on this thread being alpine-esque. There is a vast difference between saying "we're are ****, we will lose everything, they are all useless" and "well that was ****, should have done better, that innings was a disgrace". Too subtle for you Bungle?
