Are there restrictions on starting the season under Administration? I tried to find that yesterday on teh FL website, couldnt find anything.

TBF, I thought the article made sense. if you are Mr X and want to get some return on your money quickly in the fickle world for football, you want to get the team up to the Premiership as quickly as possible, and back to the CCC level as soon as. 2 years in League One is not a financially viable option for someone that wants to make money; and lets face it, we are not being purchased by someone who is doing it for the love of teh club, they are buying as for the potential to make money.

Sorry, my understanding is that at present SFC are in the Football League, and are currently at -10 points in League One. As long as SLH does not go into liquidation, SFC will start the League season in League One and can continue all season if needs be. if SLH go into liquidation before the "asset" of SFC is sold, the they (the club) cease to exist and drop out of the FL structure.

No one will have bought them, and the money raised from selling the bits n bobs will go to satisfying the creditors. Will SLH just fold and die? If that is the case, if Pinnacle pick up SFC, SMS and Staplewood; will Fry et al stay on as Administrators of SLH to sell Jacksons Farm and other bits?
