Do they actually do that? I was under the impression the actual official Football League tables were only updated after the end of the game and after any "afters" had been sorted - much in the same way the official FIA points for Grand Prix is only published a day later after everything is checked over. The "in play" tables are only the in the minds of Sky, the BBC etc and are not 'official'.
Sorry for the MLG moment there...
The man has a ****ing good point. No-one, on either side, has tried to deny any link between PCF2010 and CSI. All the crap on here about "oh look, I found a link between them and mailed the FA" makes us looks like total bellends.
Agreed
I didnt write the article.
As I said, I agree he is using them as an excuse for the bubble, which is wrong on many levels. What he isnt doing though is linking those events to hooliganism - which is what you were accusing him of.
Sorry, it doesnt.
"We all too quickly forget the events of Hillsborough, Bradford and Stairway 13 and too readily deny the link between football violence and tragedy, as seen at Heysel. "
HTH.
Love this Steve:
"All of the likely routes into Portsmouth provide plenty of ambush points, which means a convoy of 50-odd coaches will simply be sitting ducks waiting to be fired upon with whatever the locals can gather."
I can only imaging a wagon train being forced to form a circle after an surprise Native American attack...
Dont mix Lotus Renault with Team Lotus. The latter are Tony's lot, the former is the old Benetton team.
Although Mr Fernandes does own Tune and QPR. And Tune sponsor the Prem refs I believe, which I always found interesting...
