  1. Technically, she don't count no more. If you want to bang the Corby MP, it's Andy Sawford you're after. http://www.andysawford.org.uk/ Look at those "come to bed" eyes.
  2. Yes, mate. My entire political philosophy is centred around the teachings of Barry Glendenning.
  3. I note you didn't answer the question. How are you going to decide who is sterilised by the state?
  4. I could give my dog a copy of the Oxford Dictionary, leave it for a decade and STILL have more insight about that book than my dog after ten years of canine study. My point? You may have travelled the world, TDD, but judging from the insight offered in your posts, I could probably write what you've actually learned on my cock. In large print. And I'm not a big man.
  5. You are exactly the sort of person this divide and rule sh!t works on Jamie. Expect to reach the end of your life having learned precisely nothing.
  6. I actually quite liked OldNick's post apart from that one piece. I just took it for a throwaway comment, and didn't bother pressing him on it. Given that you seem quite sure about the need to do this, perhaps you'd like to expand upon your ideas. Who would make the call on whether someone gets a free (and mandatory) state sponsored sterilisation? Would it be normal people like yourself? Working people? Medical professionals? This is the problem with so called right-wing thinking. There is none. It's largely unsubstantiated hatred and ignorance, tied to a political view that actively seeks to capitalise on the ignorance of its adherents. Working great so far. Country is full of hateful morons.
  7. To be fair, might be part of the forces mentality. Those boys have considerably less in the way of home comforts, especially on subs where space is at a premium. From his perspective, having spent years having to listen to his shipmates whack off in adjacent bunks, a prison cell and a ciggy could be akin to the Hilton
  8. The funny thing is that I know a good number of people in the forces that would probably be in nick if they hadn't signed up.
  9. "Wah wah, prisoners get to smoke in their single cells." (paraphrased and slightly mocked) If you're that bothered about it, go do enough crime ( but not too much ) to get yourself some cushy clink time.
  10. Super stuff. You've needed a new hobby for ages. Being jealous of prisoners is a great one. Requires very little outlay and no thought.

    Richard Briers

    Always one
  12. Would this be to establish a nice and cheap Indian office which'll eventually subsume Westerner's jobs?
  13. I liked Sweeney Todd, and in fact, anything that bloke drew. The real fun in those strips was catching all the background stuff.
  14. The 1980s Flower Roads standard for getting into a scrap were the magic three words "come on then". Up in the 'Pool, they go for the abbreviated "come 'ead".
  15. That threads like these invariably lead to an outpouring of vague ill-sentiment from a lot of people who'd never go toe to toe in a full on forum scrap.
  16. Training wheels stuff. Lord only knows how this girl would get on during Bullet In The Head at the Krazy House.
  17. I have almost certainly mentioned this movie before, but watched God Bless America for the second time last night. It's genuinely one of the best films I've seen in the last decade. It focuses on two spree-killers motivated by their utter rejection of America's values, which means that by implication, they're having a pop at our values too. Talent shows, right wing talk show hosts and stuff like My Super Sweet Sixteen is well within their crosshairs. If you've ever watched this stuff in real life and had a feeling of "The Last Days of Rome" when watching one of these talent shows, this is definitely a movie for you. Uncompromising stuff, and if I had to give it a thumbs-up rating, I'd need to borrow some thumbs to adequately express my approval.

    New Pope

That is potentially true. I am not a Catholic, so perhaps don't have the concept mastered. I understood it to mean that on the "being wrong" front, the Pope is on a par with God, in that it is impossible for him to be wrong on anything. Perhaps it's just a matter of timing. When Benedict took the job, he wasn't Pope yet, so could have been wrong at that point. Does a Pope suddenly get their mistake making powers back after they quit?
  19. As a father with no sons, I have to take issue with your highly sexist comments. As a bystander who has seen the resigned look of weariness on our dogs face as my missus sits down to watch Liverpool, I find the comments less sexist. When I was at school, two of my female friends, one of which not even a Saints fan, used to go to every home game so they could stand behind Tim Flowers and shout "we love Timmy's bottom". I get the feeling that if these two were ever responsible for putting the beautiful game on TV, traditional on-screen stats ( such as goals scored by each team ) would give way in favour of a "nice bottom ratio" stat. Maybe there is a genuine market for this. Sky Sports Female?
  20. Bazza is referring to Breaking Bad, a TV show in which a high school chemistry teacher gets involved with the criminal underworld. Despite the fact that this show has been discussed quite recently in the What You've Been Watching thread, Señor Sanchez evidently feels that specifically, /his/ potential progress in the footsteps of a fictional character is worthy of separate discussion. I wish him luck with this thread.
  21. I remember this transition all too well. Went to Carrefour with my grandparents, briefly remember Gateway. All hail ASDA.
  22. Many happy returns to the Saints legend of today. Utter superstar for us. He took us to the Premier League.
  23. I watched The Lost Room. To my knowledge, Kevin Pollak has now played two characters with a look of heterochromia , yet does not have the condition himself.

    ps4

Hmm, that'll make all the difference. When the PS3 launched, a lot of experts were saying the same thing about game licensing on that platform. Mostly, they got it completely wrong. The exceptions would be download titles, which very much fit the "license" model ( although some are more restrictive than others ) and the emergence of "online passes" shipped with retail versions of games, preventing you from going online with a preowned title unless you spend £10 or so for the privilege. Completely different with the physical products. Are you telling me that Sony is going to have the balls to say "Hey consumers! This property you're buying? Your choices after sale are either keep it forever or bin it. You can never sell these goods to someone else!". I'd like to see them try. I don't think even they are that mental.
  25. I am ashamed to say that whenever confronted by one of these individuals, my response is straight out of Sid the Sexist from Viz. "The p!ss comes out of the end of my nob. Not the f**king sides"
