Still includes his 'knock out offer' get out clause if his chairman decides to flog anyone off

Blimey so many posts to catch up on! Given that we conduct our business in secrecy , where on earth has this rumour come from that we are 'going' to table a bid for 6m? I really don't understand where that can have come from with any realiable source. There is no guarentee that even if we did table that sort of bid that Celtic would take it

So is that a confirmation that there is infact a 'transfer embargo lite' in place - strange use of the word allowed otherwise. I really can't believe how this is all panning out , I really was laughing out loud, reading the links last night. Some of the statements this chap is coming out with really do sound like the psychotic ramblings of a schizophrenic with delusions of grandeur. The Joca really is a space cowboy.

I have had one for about 6 months now and we have used the glasses for about half a dozen films, that and to show people the wonder of 3d in your living room. It really is impressive for the films that were made for it but not for anything else. Glad I have it as an option but it will still only be a once a month film, if that

Seriously, who will buy the shares?
-
Couple of points "He rubbished rumours claiming he was heading a consortium backed by investors from Abu Dhabi." So all the money is coming from his personal wealth of 100m euros of which he is going to spunk "Mr Cala said around £33m of debts will need to be paid back to creditors and around £10m is needed to run the club for a year." And this is before a penny is spent on transfers, new toilets etc So thats half his alleged fortune pretty much gone then and still no obvious way to increase revenue, other than all those americans who will be frantically buying shares in these economically bouyant times on a team noone knows for a sport they have no interest in. How can it possibly fail

We have 2 with a 3rd on the way , the boys are now 11 and 9 so I'm hoping it won't be quite so manic and actually they will be able to help, being that much older. Actually hoping we might enjoy this one , having 2 was about 50 times the work of just having the one.

Telling young children about a lost loved one...
sussexsaint replied to saintscottofthenortham's topic in The Lounge
Sorry to hear about this mate. We lost my wifes Mum last year to cancer. The kids at that time were 6 and 8 , we told them and explained what was happening and they just took it all on board , no tears, just a bit sad and low - more upset seeing their Mum cry. I think real deep grief comes with age you may be surprised. -
Why is remembering the death of hundreds of local working men in a simple one minutes silence, once, cringeworthy compared to the same for a Wales manager?
-
Thanks for the link Alpine , going to give the folks a ring when I get home , sure I recognise at least 2 of the names on that sadly lengthy list. A minutes silence would not go amiss surely , how can people begrudge that?
-
Sorry , me being dim again. If he is the administrator for CSI surely his responsibility is to CSI and not to the people of Portsmouth ???
-
A nicely made summary cheers for that. Still not a very attractive business venture though

Saints games/moments you couldn't bear to watch..
sussexsaint replied to saintmatt's topic in The Saints
Cup final Against Arsenal, openng few moments and Claus I think pulled someone down inside the area, could have been a pen right there and then , luckily they didn't make too much of it and the game continued but after all that build up... -
Way way past that mate - we are up to Pigs In Space now. Makes me wonder why we are bothering do do things properly

Wasn't glastonbury going to be cancelled due to a lack of portaloos?

-

Its probably a bot that picks up on something you have tweeted or is following you because you are following someone they have earmarked as related to the club
