I had a spare 10 mins at lunch and had a play. I think our crest/badge is DREADFUL but at the same time, it is ours aand I am kinda fond of it. This was just for fun really. I basically kept the whole think but modernised it and just got rid of the football, scarf and halo (those are the tacky things IMO that are not needed). I changed the water to red so we have a kind of red and white theme in there. Tried to keep the colours to a miniumum, saints colours, red, white and black. Just could not decide on the tree being original, black or gold (as I lost the halo and (generally) our away kits are yellow and blue so wanted to keep a bit of yellow).

I kinda agree, really just for fitness, but nothing wrong with players getting a taste of the net and keeping clean sheets. Also if we drew/lost there the same people who say it's only a meaningless friendly (not haveina go at you) would kick off saying we need signings, certain players are not good enough etc etc.

Never liked squad numbers. Think it is negative, before the season even starting by dropping a player from say 3 to 15 straight away says ' you are not really in my plans'. I think it can be really negative and get the player down before they even set foot on the pitch. I would as a manager just pull them from the hat or something.

Overall I would give the transfers a healthy 8/10 with the positives outweighing the negatives. To name a negative though,,, Falque? That was a strange one too on loan and used once in a league cup game maybe.

Turnbulls boots are red and white, I have always thought it strange that players have to wear the kit, but not the same boots. I think it would look proper smart to have the team go out all in the same boots too. White with White laces or something. I know players get sponsored but if would look good.

Kinda agree with you, a centreback/right back, an attacking mid (whether he is a winger or central in not bothered), and a striker. 3 positions and if we can do it then I this this transfer window would be great.

Lots going on tonight. Lukaku is 20, wants to play, not just out for pay, big, strong, bags of potential. Sure he is not the best in the World, but he is 20~! Drogba was 24 when he got 17 goals in a season and he played 34 that year. Lukaku was used by WBA to come off the bench in a lot of games last year, why? I dont know but I think for around 20 mil he would be a great signing. Saying that!!!! There was a guy from the Belgium FA on Radio 5 live about a year ago saying he is over rated and that guy worked for the Belgium FA,,,, mind you if they are anything like the English FA then sign him up!
