That's the reality, if we don't go up this season then we probably have less of a chance next season, then after that its a long hard road.

He is also correct in referring to the ptsd from last season, it is relevant. But, given both those statements are true, In my view, then why did the club think that Still was the man to take us forward? No English experience, never played at any level and is younger or around the same age as some of our senior players? Surely, given the circumstances, the need was to appoint somebody of greater experience and gravitas to galvanise the players and fans and restore confidence?

All over the pitch really, I get the impression the club are under the illusion we should win because we have a superior squad (debatable) and just tuning out is enough. We are just not earning the right to play.
