  1. Thats what headphones are for! I'm suffering the official travel, Id rather that than the horrible night trek accross London to find the usual late night 5 carriage train on for 5000 people! I'm assuming there is a risk of extra time and pens as well?
  2. He was only six months old, so his posts didn’t make a lot of sense, probably why you don’t remember
  3. Unfortunately this summer could be a summer of change but not in the way we hoped, with Ralph, PEH, JWP, Ings, McArthy, Stevens and maybe a couple of others significantly raising their profiles during our revival I wouldn't be surprised if they attract much better offers.
  4. The BBC is just a left wing woke mouthpiece, I rarely listen to it, anymore.
  5. Does he even have the cash for two pints of lager and packet of crisps ???
  6. I really don't mind what people discuss or bicker about. Yes I can look at those sites you mention, but would expect to find something of greater value here, being the transfer thread?
  7. Definition of insanity , one who keeps doing the same things expecting different outcomes. Example, Toussaint repeatedly returning to this thread expecting to read some transfer news.
  8. Well done, thanks for that.

    Che Adams

Rookie mistake, letting reality cloud your judgement like that!
  10. Do you think Wanyama still has it? I haven’t seen much of him at Spurs, but what I have seen he looked poor.
  11. I’d have Redmond down as the poorest yesterday. Didn’t think Boufal was too bad.
  12. Just saying to someone yesterday our resurgence coincides with his return to the starting lineup. I’d like to see him score a couple, it seems like he has a bit of a block at the moment.
  13. I 100% agree the midfield is making the defence look a lot worse, but I don't think indiscipline is the problem, I would say the opposite, they are following Ralph the loon's instructions to the letter.
  14. Sounds like a great day out at the soccer ball, go team!
  15. I for one will have to stop, now it seams in this crazy PC world your not even allowed to "unwind" at the traffic lights anymore!
  16. Agreed its not a good squad, but you are effectively acknowledging Ralph has cost us 6 or 7 points, which is massive for us. At best he is hopelessly out of his depth. I thought he was learning from his mistakes, but now I'm not sure. I'm sitting on the fence as to whether he should stay or go, partly as I have become apathetic, and in part because i don't expect anything much to change after the dead cat bounce of changing manager.
  17. He kept it to 1-0 with two or three excellent saves, to me he’s the least of our problems
  18. Have you see any Europa league games? He has been at that level every time. Maybe it’s less pressure for him up there, apparently his mental state was not good at Saints. I don’t think he would favour a return.
  19. It was nearly deja vu from when Peter Crouch did something similar against Villa in the relegation season, that ultimately cost us very dearly. We got away with it last night
  20. I thought he looked much sharper and hungrier than previously, I know we got away with it but had we gone on the offensive rather than the panicky defensive substitutions I felt it was his chance to break the scoring duck.
  21. He looks off the pace, unfit and slow, it could be a confidence issue, could be fitness, could be a number of things, but I thought he was our weakest link last night and should have been hooked for Boufal, we may have scored again rather than hanging on grimly.
  22. It probably doesn’t happen to tap players, but we are thin on the ground when I comes to top players, I can’t see Liverpool sniffing round any of our current squad. The thing is most of our team are equally if not more hapless than Jack, but when you are the last defender the consequences are often dire.
  23. Which is why he should be getting game time.
  24. Im not suggesting he’s great, but he hasn’t had a massive amount of pl experience, CBS normally mature later, yes I’d rather have Gary Cahill, but saints don’t do things like that. I’ve no problem digging players out who aren’t trying, but he always does put a shift in.
  25. He selected the ridiculous line up in the first place, literally no midfield, looked like a four two four in old money. I still think the blokes a nutter.
