  1. My view is cash in, they clearly don't want to be here, what's the point. Look at Victors shocking effort since he spat the dummy, one good showing against arsenal and we know why that was. Booing is going to reinforce their desire to leave, cheering is going to appear to back them against RK, I 100% back RK and the club against these mercenary low-life's .
  2. Protest, what a cracking idea. That's sure to turn provincial Southampton fc into a European superpower.
  3. 100% agree, Wanyama is going through the motions.
  4. Yesh, I am liking dem also
  5. To be fair, Toby wasn't ever ours, Morgan stayed for another year and has kept his side of the bargain, Clyne was always going (and was very average for the second half of the season) , and has been replaced with an international, we have Gardos coming through, and I'm sure we will find another CB if needed.
  6. Except Chas and Dave!

    Toby

Not Ronaldo FFs , cheap option again, no ambition and another foreigner!
  8. Ruddocks penalty against Newcastle, for a dodgy trip on Rod Wallace, against Newcastle , sparked "the great escape". In some year I can't remember, prob around 98.
  9. Poor lad, you lot are already pylon on the pressure, nevertheless his life could be transformed, if he's insulated well be the academy.
  10. I don't know, they could get a great ventriloquist act going!
  11. At the moment Yoshida is performing better than Fonte, Clyne has been woeful for the last few weeks, but I don't think we have an alternative
  12. Matthew Oakley for me. V pretty and tidy with little end product
  13. Thanks for the enlightenment Mother Thereasa!
  14. A good article, thanks for sharing
  15. I wanted to express a contrary opinion, but you used the word fact, which means you win!
  16. I was there, thought he was absolute class. Apart from a couple of obvious fixes there was a lot to like about the new look Saints. Bayer were a very good outfit
  17. I concur, although we maybe a notable minority on here!
  18. Poch has had one stand out season, which faded notably. Koeman has a long pedigree of being right up there. Not comparing apples with apples for me.
  19. Well then??? What do Bobby and Cheggers have to say about the Saints situation, don't leave us hanging, you tease!
  20. Deffo Koemen out, have you seen the league table, 0 points for ffs! Do something now, before its too late!
  21. We'll it was a very short "era" , Poch wasn't around long enough to be considered as highly as he seems to be by those in his awe. There are plenty of managers in all walks of life who build careers on riding a wave and not hanging around long enough to be found out. I found his style lacking excitement. I am looking forward to the new era with a proven high calibre manager and a war chest of which we have never seen the like. Can't wait!
  22. Don't wont mine back, really looking forward to the season, can't wait.
  23. I agree he needs humbling, but its a two edged sword, whilst I wouldn't mind seeing him come down a peg, I'd prefer to get shot of him at an inflated value.
  24. I think this is worthy of its own thread. A great summary of recent emotional roller coaster, shame if it gets lost here.
  25. Doesn’t fit with the fans “being excited” though
