Can you only use one debit card for an account? I've tried to buy tickets on an account for City using someone else's card details and payment isn't going through..

I've just spoken to a mate who called the ticket office earlier. Once the TO have sent you a new password, you can't change it for 24 hours. Only what I've heard anyway.

Ha, basically yes. I'll give them a call tomorrow about why the passwords aren't working and why you can't link accounts too.

You'll be able to log in with the new reset password, but if you then want to change it to something you can remember, then try sign in again it won't work.

My customer number on my ST is the same as my old customer number.

Can't login for some reason.. Customer number is right and I'm sure password was your birthday? (DD/MM/YYYY)? Or was I imagining that? Want to make sure I can log in tonight because I don't want to f*ck about in the morning when City tickets are on sale. Then when I press for my password to be reset, they tell me they've sent an email with my new password. What a surprise, no email half an hour later. F*cking ticket office.
