Yoshi and Gazza were both playing I believe. We also had Osvaldo playing, but no Morgan. We are good enough to win tonight, just getting a bit lucky and not giving them the opportunity to score.

Despite all the injuries they can still put out a pretty good side, on a par with their standard team last season. N Zogbia, Agbonlahor and Weimann up top, they'll look to counter with pace. Just have to be patient, don't force it, and hopefully our class will tell come the final whistle. Pelle hasn't scored for a couple of games, so must be a shoe in to score tonight.

No problem with Reed stepping in alongside Cork and Wanyama, he's more than good enough to play the odd game for us. Looks a real talent, and would be good for his development.

Not dominant enough to play DM, and not creative enough to play in AM. There is no doubt he's got quality though but we need to find him his position. In the current system it would have to be instead of Davis in the third CM position. I guess we haven't got overly excited about him, as he's been around 2 and half years now, but he isn't playing regularly. Certainly be interesting to see how he develops over the next few years.

Certainly an odd one, after he was so positive in the new training facilities, and fought for such good part in Staplewood. Seems odd he's just going to run off after waiting for those facilities for so long. Oh well, he's replaceable. Cant agree. a midfield of Morgan, Matic and Fabregas would be unbelievable, I personally believe you're underestimating him, but I respect your opinion.

Yeah I've already booked hotel and trains, didn't realise we'd only get 2500, good news if its initial as it means we should be able to wait and get tickets together.

Our highest paid player is Fonte on £45k/week. Understandable why we were keen to get rid of both Gaston and Osvaldo then, and I would have expected Rickie, Lovren and Adam to be on more than that too. Morgan is worth £60k/week to us I'd say. Possibly more. Sustainable club...

Newcastle is quite handy, as it gives a few more hours to recover from the Friday night - we're flying up friday early evening and then back Monday afternoon - was a bit worried then for a moment that it'd got changed for the Monday night!! Hopefully it doesn't affect away numbers too much, as both Utd and Newcastle being just after Christmas, it's generally the time of the year when most people are skint.

Stayed here on Saturday as went up to Hull. Really nice hotel but going to stay in the Prem inn in dec as its half the price!! Can't wait.
