  1. Who's comments made the article then?
  2. I would yes. Different positions anyway though. Mayuka is probably a better striker, Guly a better midfielder. Not really the same is it.
  3. I hope that it is the correct away shirt and wrong home shirt, I could put up with that.
  4. It's all about the lifetime of tradition. What percentage of Saints fans were around in 1930 when we had blue shorts? For the last 60 odd years we've had stripes. It's a disgrace that we're having that taken away from us for the dullest Saints shirt in recent history.
  5. Soooooooooooooooooooo Boring!!!!!!!!!
  6. Can we have stripes please
  7. I really don't understand anyone who would buy just anything because It's got a Saints badge on it. I won't be buying it, because I want to see us back in stripes. I don't buy kits regularly but I buy it if I can afford it at the time and if I really like it. I'll wait until next years striped kit (I can hope)
  8. Not difficult...both vile shirts. https://www.facebook.com/groups/saveourstripes/?hc_location=stream
  9. Disgusting. Will wait another year!
  10. http://www.barcenet.com/noticia/ May be an old link or they may just not have a clue...
  11. Both did a great job at the level we signed them at. Hell they've also filled in as best as they can when they've been called upon. Not Fox's fault he's not great.
  12. Just like last years, it's not THAT bad. It's just not a kit of Southampton FC. I don't want us to change to look like someone else. I want us to carry on our own history and build on it in red and white stripes. Look what happened to the Jamaican Bobsled Team when they tried to be like the Swiss!!
  13. Yep, thats right, write him off already...b3llend.
  14. Neither are good enough for the prem, and not sure whether that was true, or whether NA was just told that he had to play Lee for marketing purposes
  15. Man Utd never showed that much willingness to keep him IMO. I never said he was completely innocent, and he obviously is a little bit of a money grabber, but he is still at top player and as long as he was playing every week I don't think he would cause too many problems.
  16. I think he's a bit misunderstood to be fair. I can't imagine Mancini is a very good man motivator. And it's hardly a place to prosper Man City with so many egos. He was great at Man Utd and never had any problems there. Yes, he's a bit rough round the edges but he'd be an asset to any side in the world IMO. As long as he is playing regularly I don't think there would be any problems off the pitch.
  17. Tevez is still better than any English forward IMO.
  18. Will sort it in the mornings bros
  19. Based on 2 people on a windup on twitter. So much **** is now spouted and then the @saintsviews @saintsnews @saintsrumours etc all tweet about it and suddenly it's true....yawn nothing to see here
  20. Who's that then? I used to work for them? PM...?
  21. The9s, see the Wanyamas thread yo!
  22. After his latest effort I believe Bearsy deserves a place on the SaintsWeb banner. Thoughts?
  23. Bear - Saints legend
  24. We have a decent enough squad to stay up. If we want to push on into Europe then we'll have to bring in some cracking players. In an ideal world we want players in asap for a full pre season, but football doesn't work like that. I'm more than confident that a few quality additions will be made before the TW closes, no big rush just now. I'd rather we waited to bring in the best quality possible that just go out and buy a lesser player just so we can get them in early.
