There are however a lot of players we have been linked with for a while but then not got so who knows. Think it's pretty obvious that we try keep things as quiet as possible, but that's not always easy.

Basically run until you can't run anymore. Treadmill gets quicker and bigger gradient every minute, and you just keep going until you are done. Measures your VO2 max which is something about your body using the most oxygen when you're knackered or something like that anyway....I was doing it as a favour for a mate who was doing his dissertation at uni.

I've done that VO2 test, not enjoyable at all!!
