Varane alwasy gets awesome on FM....apart from that I've never actually seen him play...and more than likely it's bull**** anyway.

Camara was hugely hit and miss. I remember just before he scored that Norwich goal he had the ball on the right wing and smashed it over the box and out for a throw in, and then 2 minutes later he popped up with that screamer (still probably the loudest roar I've ever heard in the stadium!)

Wasn't this done not so long ago ? And looking at that we definitely need a LB, CB (x2)maybe, RM/RW/ST at the very minimum. Thing is looking at that now, I think about them players at their best for us, not how they were that season. Oakley, Pahars and Svensson were injured for the majority...Lundekvam/Davenport/Bernard were also dreadful, Baird wasn't really involved. Delap was crap, Prutton I quite liked but wasn't very good it seems, same with Folly. The only main difference is the firepower up front as we had 'proven' goalscorers. I think even though this team are maybe not as good in quality, they will try a lot harder and play for the manager, which you cant say we did in 05.

I think all of our defenders/potential transfer targets will look shaky vs City...it's what happens when you're playing against a team with players like Aguero, Tevez, Balotelli, Silva, Toure etc

Would be tempted to pop JWP in there. Unsure on Davis...seems to be a bit of a bad injury. Heard he's back in training next week though, so hopefully he'll be fit for us, could be a key player for us this year.

Don't think you can have 575 points either....doesnt it work out as 295 anyway ? 575 is probably how much it cost you, so unless the system has f*cked up (which wouldn't surprise me) I can't see that being the case.

I agree, there is no reason for the full backs to get to the byline. Yes it is a good option to have, but Fox is more than capable of putting a decent ball in from level with the 18 year box. Saw it time and time again last season.

Would have thoughht they'll be a week just on sale to STH, and then anyone else can apply and the people with the most points will get the remaining tickets.

Davis/Clyne/Jos/Fox could all do a job but worried about the other CB spot. And I'd be happier with another LB coming in. Was expecting a LB to sign as soon as we got rid of Harding but that hasn't been the case....still 18 days...

To be fair, I'm 23 and have only done 5 of the current premier league grounds....Everton, Man Utd, Man City, Norwich, QPR. I have been doing about 10 aways the last few seasons (did about 15 in L1 promo season) and would be nice to do another load this season. Want to do all the London games but I can see Arsenal selling VERY quickly to STH who went to Man City. But yes I agree that there will be a lot of our fanbase who hasn't been to many of the Prem grounds this season. Out of the 5 which I have done I have done 2 without Saints and 2 while in the NPC.

The bigger issue is that I can't see many away games going to general sale. Maybe the ones very north or SKY/weeknights, but the rest should sell out really.

It would be nice...I am hoping that all this sh*t will get overrun once the season starts and these posters will go into the background.

I still think we'll see atleast 1 more in before City, and then maybe 1/2 more in before the window shuts. Still think we're a couple of CB's short and need a RM.

Certainly starting to look a bit desparate as its 18 days to the new season and we still have Fonte and Jos as first choice, with Seaborne first backup. Have no doubt we'll bring in a CB but they need to get used to how we play. Hopefully this week
