Hammond has been superb since Chaplow came in. Morgan is one of those players where he looks awesome when we're winning and knocking the ball around, but not a leader and bypasses the game a bit when we need to dig in. Another top performance by Hammond though. Wouldn't be surprised to see us revert to Cork and Hammond in CM once Frazer is back fit.

Anyone else think we kind of set up narrow on purpose? Multiple times we were extremely narrow and left them have the wings when we were defending? Not sure whether this was because Fox/Cork had bad games at full back and didn't do their jobs properly or whether it was a tactic to stay narrow and box the middle of the pitch?!

Exactly what I was thinking. If we wanted him, why did we only offer 3m for him? If they rejected it and we were happy to pay more, we wasnt that then offered ? Seems a strange story to come out a week after the transfer window closes.
