I prefer to sit in the Kingsland but fully support the move towards a standing area at SMS ! It's an absolute outrage in this day and age that people are not allowed to make their own choice ! Lessons have been learnt from previous tragedies and it is not beyond the wit of man to introduce proper 'safe standing' ! I've been to a couple of German stadia and can confirm that their specified areas are so much better and safer than standing in seated zones which we takes place in virtually every PL stadium at the moment ! Mealy mouthed officials and politicians, who only ever sit in the VIP section ( if they even attend at all !) , have no clue about the wishes of the average punter but are happy to regulate, as they consider that they know best !

I don't know how it came across on a computer stream but watching the match live I thought that Rickie worked his socks off and found a number of good positions only to be denied by a poor final ball, the greasy surface didn't help either on a couple of occasions ! Sure it wasn't his best game in a Saints shirt but to slag him off or drop him is nonsense in my humble opinion ! I was sat between a Celtic and a Man U supporter and both thought that (with a bit more support) he could have been the matchwinner !

I never ever sit/stand behind the goals these days because IMO you do not get a real perspective of open play, but in this case to be as close to the net with Rickie causing it to bulge was a great feeling ! Schwarzer made a great attempt to save it but with that power he really had little chance ! (Ps. MLG, I was not being personal and I did take your point !)

I was right behind the goal and he struck it so hard that Schwarzer couldn't keep it out even although he got his hands to it ! If that was deemed a poor penalty then maybe we should bring back McGoldrick ??

Don't often do away matches but was impressed by our support today as they out sung Fulham big time and did a lot to raise the spirits in the second half ! As against Sunderland the conditions were difficult and a crisp passing game was almost impossible ! Our CB's did a good job as did Cork and Morgan, winning a lot of ball down the middle. A bit toothless up front, Punch gave them some problems and Rickie kept at it ( don't agree that he was sh#t !), Gaston was disappointing but did improve late on ! Sadly I think that Kelv is a liability and whatever happens we must sort out the goalie situation in January ! Good point, good day out, enjoyed it !!

It's confession time now I'm afraid ! I took my wife to a dental specialist in Skatesville this afternoon and was surprised to find that the surgery was just around the corner from the 'theatre of pikey nightmares' ! Whilst she was being done (term intended because of the huge bill!) I decided to take a wander around the legendary Fatpipes Park, which was a first for me, and to my horror, I found that it was not only a first degree sh#thole but even worse than I had ever imagined ! Puddles, dogsh#t, graffiti, rust, nothing more than a wasteland ! Putting aside my obvious bias, I was still truly shocked ! I am back home now, feeling so dirty that I need to take a long hot shower to cleanse my body, but how I manage to clear my mind is yet another matter ? Lord forgive me as I have sinned !

If his contract runs out in the summer and WHU are prepared to pay £2mil then I can see it happening ! Basically it will be up to the player himself as SFC have few options other than to offer him extra big money !!

Have just had a fitting session and it looks like I can get my antlers to nicely on top of my Santa hat ! The Pom Pom rests nicely at the back and the antlers stand erect at the top ! End result - pure class ! If I come across Turkish at the match, I'm sure that he will be persuaded that this look is quality and can meet with his sartorial standards !!

This is true but it might well be the reason that Robinson has now got cold feet, on the basis that he buys the ground then finds that (as they don't have a pot to p!ss in!) he cannot get any rent and has the prospect of sitting on dead land for a very long time ??

Absolutely correct, these guys always seem to take the optimistic 'best case scenario' view and never seem to have sensible contingencies ! Of course when you get prats like Allen spreading the propaganda, the deluded, the naive and the downright thick go for it hook, line and sinker !!

Difficult not to sympathise with the lady, particularly at the end ! Personally I would never use words like mong and spaz or anything which could be considered derogatory to disabled people either physical or mental ! There is a wider issue however, about usage of words, ie : A Scot from Scotland or a Brit from Britain are considered ok, but a Paki from Pakistan is taboo and could land you in jail ! I suppose that everyone has their own limits but most people surely should be careful never to mock the afflicted !
