I was thinking this would be more disruption as it would require knocking through the wall between the Northam and Itchen concourse, but actually why does it mean we have to do that? If they have two separate concourses it might actually help dampen the away atmosphere.

There's a pretty sizeable chunk at the front of the northam who do prefer to sit though. People that want to get involved in the chanting but can't manage to stand up for too long anymore.

Part of the changes to the ground might include putting concourse segregation in the kingsland similar to what is in the Northam. As for the sun...buy a baseball cap.

I haven't had a season ticket since 2018 but last time I sat in the northam (lower down admittedly) I remember it being middle aged and older, hardly any kids at all.

Honestly never thought this would end up happening. Everyone in Itchen north and Chapel end who have been trying to get an atmosphere going need to shift over to the Northam now for this to properly work. I might actually try and get a season ticket again.
