No. They are players who are not good enough for the first team now, and when they ARE ready for first team action we will hopefully be in the CCC aiming for promotion, so they will not be good enough then.

Davis, Pernecky and Poke out on loan is fine for me.

Gillett, Forecast, Bialkowski, Molyneux, Lancashire, Saville, Boyle, Pulis. Pardew wants rid of all these IMO, and I have to agree. I'm a little torn about Gillett, but he has been shocking so far this season - perhaps he was just the best of a bad bunch last year.
