Meh. A player doesn't just lose talent when he leaves the academy and becomes a professional. I'll give him a chance to come good. Perhaps the reason he's only got 12 goals is BECAUSE he's played for 5 clubs, not the other way around? Must be hard for him to settle.

Agree, but his crossing and corners are f*cking abysmal. He just doesn't seem to strike the ball hard enough.

Whilst he sounds exactly the kind of defender we need, let's just hope that he doesn't prove the perceived "gap" between English lower league and Dutch lower league to be correct.

Surely if you could see the potential in Jones you can see the potential in Lancashire? He has a good build for a young lad, yes the timing of some of his tackles are off and he misjudges the bounce of the ball occasionally but that comes with experience. I'm pretty sure that after a year of playing in the first team he will be a good CCC player.

Don't understand why we keep sending players to them, Bournemouth fans are never grateful and always try to make out there is a rivalry between us and them.

Seems odd to me. We lost one striker (Paterson) and we got one back (Saga), so why are we suddenly short? Unless of course Saga is going again, like Dyer.

Every player shuts their eyes 0.1 of a second before they head the ball.

So they do, but we don't. Am I the only one who finds that a little odd?

Let's not get mixed up here, our academy is in decline because we got relegated.

Obviously it will be hard, but we will have to adapt. Otherwise we will just be rolling over and letting our club disappear.
