This "running a football club" lark is a piece of p*ss.

I was about to say they are probably waiting to see which league we are in, but then this is Lowe we're talking about. He doesn't care if we are overcharged for League 1 footy.

Not the best of angles, and the commentator is dreadful (didn't realise we had a player called Sorman or that Perry played in number 7) but it does look awesome from that footage.

I too have often thought the Banks save was overrated. The lack of a different camera angle doesn't really help - see it from behind the goal and I think it wouldn't look as good.

Agreed. Maybe we should bombard the club with emails and letters demanding he be given a new contract right now.

Normally I wouldn't think it would catch on, but seeing as it is the last home game of the season it probably will. And by the way - has it been two years already? Seems like yesterday the entire stadium was singing his name in the last few minutes of the game V Southend.

McGoldrick has shown potential in every game this season and is actually starting to perform well. He has looked better for around a month now. Let's not forget he is still young.

JP said it himself, that when the protests started in the ground V Doncaster he was "shocked" and didn't know how to deal with it. The guy had no backbone whatsoever.

Did you see the Championship? Perry blatantly handballed it in the area in the second half.

It was a typo by me, I put "i'm glad it WAS a Saints fan" instead of wasn't. Edited now - and obviously you're right, i'm definitely not wishing the guy death.

Even though we've dropped the super duper youth team experiment in which we take on every other teams "promising" youngsters?

That looks like the save to me.

Completely agree. I thought everyone was booing him at first yesterday, but apparently they were just shouting Euell.

Oops.

Behave, us in the Kingsland aint too bad. Well, Kingsland North.....

Looks like it. Glad to see it wasn't Saints fans involved.

My first victory of the season I'd forgotten what to do. I had to wait a couple of seconds to see everyone elses reactions before I did anything.

I misread it because I was trying to read so fast. My own stupid fault. I do get it now.

Don't be silly, the only way he would score is if he was taking a penalty.

I thought the same. Had to read it about 4 times and I was still confused.

Bit late

We have a winner. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/?page_id=11430

It looked blatant, but not more than the first one. The first one the guy actually jumped up and punched the ball away - it should have been a red card for deliberate handball.

To be honest Cardiff never looked threatening to me, despite Kelvin having to make THAT save.
