Two positions we should be focusing on are striker and goalkeeper. Our wingers/attacking midfielders could do with an upgrade but there are more pressing concerns and i'd rather we make two good signings than four or five crap ones.

If their biggest concern is, as they said, fans surging towards the away end after goals are scored then a wall between block 1 and block 48 high enough to block the view across is the obvious and simplest option. It is rather annoying that their immediate reaction was to close block 1 rather than block 48 though.

He's fucking awful, said it from day one, we've pissed around with the keeper position for too long and last summer was a chance to get rid of all the dross and get in an experienced keeper with a younger understudy and move on. Instead we keep the lesser of last seasons options and sign the young understudy as first choice. He's been absolutely terrible, I don't care if he's the best keeper in the world in five years time his complete lack of positive impact on games will massively accelerate our drop down to the championship.

Ffs look at the point the keeper goes down, just lift it over him into the left hand side of the goal. I don't understand why he tried to take it round him at all just aim for the corner when one on one.

Because as the only wide player he's got two sometimes three players defending against him down that side.

Trouble with three at the back and fullbacks providing the width is that puts all the emphasis on scoring on the strikers. No attacking wide players getting into the box, at best you've got another midfielder joining them at worst it's just the strikers and ours aren't the best. The only time we look threatening is when we get attacking midfielders, Aribo, S.Armstrong, yes even Elyounoussi at times, working in and around the edge of the box.

The Adams one was far worse than the Edozie one. What the fuck was he doing. Twice he had a clear shot at goal with the keeper out the way and he kept going. That must be a contender for the worst winning performance of all time.
