I've been a big critic of Forster this season, but he certainly didn't faff around. Caught the ball, guy jumped into him, he dropped it. It happens. I also fail to see what's lucky about it being disallowed. If the guy hadn't fouled him he wouldn't have dropped it, and if Onouha hadn't been on the floor offside to deflect it then Fonte would have been able to clear.
