I thought he always did well. The only game I recall him not having a good game is when he came on against Man Utd in CM. The best I saw him play was against Blackpool in the FA Cup. He looked so composed, his distribution was brilliant and he showed a lot of strength and power. I actually think he is a better LM than LB. Can see him being used as cover for Lallana

I don't think we would have a hope in hell of promotion without Lallana. Promotion is worth far more than £17m It's not like we NEED the money. Long term, it would be bonkers to sell him at any price

I think I would cry if we sold Lallana. We need to break the bank to keep him if his head is ever turned. I would be willing to bet a fair amount that he will play for England one day. He has the potential to be this generations Matt Le Tissier. A legend. Not many (if any) will ever reproduce what MLT could do. But Lallana has the flair, skill and ability to run a match that MLT had. Put with that the fact he's been at the club since he was a kid and all you need to add is loyalty. Hopefully he cant buck the trand of leaving for big money to sit on someones bench.
