Sorry. Hugh Grant on Sky (9pm your time) stated that there is more to come and that NOTW were not the only ones.
-
If self regulation has brought this then I'm afraid the answer has to be feck yeah. The really sad thing in this is not just the unspeakable depths these morons sank to, but also that the Brit Public seems to be as much surprised as outraged. It is such a sad reflection of the state of UK society that 1) This could happen and 2) Probably worse in the long run, that people (hopefully USED TO) read this stuff and paid money for it. How many people over how many years fought for the Freedom of the Press? How they must be turning in their graves now that all that work has been undone by (possibly many) nasty little sh1ts.

Dear Hammy Sorry missed you (and LBA/ESB) at Cricketers, the intricacies of the Central Heating Control explanation on the Winne overran. Have a wonderful time, which I am sure you will do, gutted you went a week too late for me and soon to be officially Mrs D_P couldn't have joined you for some Locks & ales. Oh and if you come across any Newspapers just recycle them without blocking your chemical loo. Trust us, you will not want to read them

I changed it to add Hugh Grant's comments on Sky this evening... It ain't gonna stop, bet there has been a run on Blancco Software & Shredding Machines in London these past 2 days

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acvv6NUKr7w&feature=youtu.be One VERY proud Saints fan Dad this week. That's his daughter (my Niece) playing Uke this weekend with Kate Nash in Prague. Living the dream. Uncle Phil's proud of you as well

Ah so Leon has created his own forum to moan at us has he?
-
Totally agree with you on this one. That undercurrent was there even up to the MKD game. It was clear to anyone that we were playing winning football. Some people simply do not like being happy and have to look for something to moan about, more so historically as Saints Fans. FFS we could get into the CL in 3 years time and there would STILL be people moaning. Pardew? Ask any Geordie fan what they think of him after selling carroll and p1ssing away 35mil on nothing http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united/8618782/Alan-Pardew-defends-Newcastle-spending-policy-but-fans-fear-team-will-suffer-without-significant-reinvestment.html Wenger? nobody wants to play for him http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/arsenal/8616694/Arsenal-Telling-time-for-Arsene-Wenger-as-one-player-leaves-and-others-consider-move.html We have a bloody good TEAM for the first time in YEARS. We need a couple of BETTER players who could develop into PL players, not a hundred names off the internet rumours mill. IF we fail to find any in the next 9 weeks or so then fair enough but to moan now? jeez

Oh and yes the Russians do have 400 mil Euros, the same number that the EU lent them, also in Euros... Sorry thought you'd work out EU money from them might have been quoted in Euros. We have US keyboards here so I cant type # or E's

http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/search/?search=Roman+Antonov That covers the contacts in July 2010 pretty clearly As for the other contact it started around 18th January 2011. There was a gap of some time before they followed it up and the report of the F1 at a restaurant in B'mouth was put on here. The Corp Hosp visit to Bompey was around 3-6 weeks after that. Try and send an email to a certain Mr Jaffer or Stone they I am sure could confirm a professional search request. Unfortunately the Bompey Forum doesn't do searches but the Corporate Hosp visit will have been after the initial contact and press coverage of their interest in your mess and the "coming back" of course being a skate you have a selective memory and will only remeber them walking in and doing the deal on day one. Also, because you are a total and complete **** & bell-end there is no way I will send you the email copies I have on the subject, but not to worry other more trustworthy TSW members have copies for safe keeping and one day when any NDA's senders are under have long expired they will go to a man who has a track record writing history of South Coast Clubs & has some time on his hands these days. For uber googlers I did post the link on here when I found it but I have a critical appointment with a game of Solitaire and damned if I'm gonna search

This is gonna run and run.. The world hears about NOTW hacking dead kids, oh and within hours new stories emerge that throw the krap back on the Politicos.... Thank God I am a sceptic and none of this actually surprises me. So now we find a Journo may have hacked George Osborne's phone. Jesus, if THEY did it, then who the hell else could have done? Want to know what's in the next budget and make a zillion? easy hack his phone. Didn't we used to have Security Services who were supposed to STOP this happening? Jeez, what else at "Government Level" have non-Journos been able to find out. Crooked & Corrupt from the top down and has been for years. Is this really the whole story now or the tip of some nightmare Iceberg. Oh and for all the Political point Scoring? Guess what happens next Ed? Yep you're secrets start to come out. Hugh Grant points out the NOTW were just unlucky - they were the first ones to get caught... What a fecking mess Sometimes living in a world of Press Censorship has it's benefits. (As long as you know how to bypass Govt Proxy Servers or hack other IP's)... oops

I'm actually quite shocked that any poster who has been on this forum for more than one season actually still trots out that old Chestnut about Adkins looking for players, Adkins attracting players. That is NOT his job, FFS there were hundreds of threads examining the fact that Pardew idn't want Les Reed & his support staff involved - LeftBack days anyone? As for is NA rated - seems only a few warriors on here don't rate him. Look at what "Arry" had to say about him And that is in relation to managing not only in the EPL but also with regard to the England Job in the future FFS

I seem to recall that things will potentially get tougher once those due dates get close. Bompey had all sorts of trouble in exiting from their CVA and faced almost monthly alarms and panics before Mitchell to stay within the terms. At this point the CVA is an irrelevance, it only becomes an issue next year. So this lends itself only to one line of speculation. Have the Russkies allocated a budget towards that date as a part of their "cost of assuming ownership"? Or Are they hoping to Trade their way to and through that point? Like I said they aren't stupid businessmen so my guess is they have made those allocations. But the Bompey panics of a few years ago show that it is not the Creditors that they should fear during teh "Servicing Time" but the FL themselves with their rules/regs and additional Points Deductions for exiting CVA's the "wrong way". So they aren't toast, they just stacked a new ticking clock to worry about

Whoa there.... You see that is the entire problem in a Nutshell. Obviously "Emotionally" you are completely right, all fair means and foul should be used to expose corruption/evil/crime. But having that "Opinion" (inadvertently) legitimises everything the Journos have done That is the road to ruin - you have one tiny little window of accepting one thing then where do you draw the line? The phone hacking will almost certainly have led to some story of another that WAS in the Public Interest. The trouble is out of what now seems like thousands of serial hackings, only one or maybe two could be justified in that way. Privacy Laws/Hacking/Uncovering the Truth, where does it stop? How could anyone draw up a law to allow hacking in one instance and not in another? It's illegal, PERIOD. People who did it MUST go to Jail, what it uncovers is irrelevant. People who authorised illegal activities MUST go to Jail. People who allocated an internal budget MUST go to jail. There are so many instances of this Bend The Rules mentality in the UK that it cannot ever work, somebody will bend it too far and then claim in defence We were looking for corruption....

The world works in blinkers believing that IT & Comms are secure technologies. They are not. Windows has more holes in it than an Emmental Cheese. We have been working with a company driving security improvements in all these areas for over two years and when I first saw what can be done I was horrified. Technology exists to not only hack an identified phone but to hack ANY phone used within a set distance of a receiver - and with the new Smartphones that means they can get everything all the way down into your Facebook & Skype Contacts. The detail can be down to the Focal Length Exposure and GPS location of a photo you took. Agents can be sent by email or loaded by FB links. AV products cannot find them as they are lines of code and can be hidden in a simple PDF or text document. We ran a demo and hacked a "Mil Spec" secure laptop in 25 seconds. The horror of the illegal use of this hole in our modern IT world is clear with the NOTW, but nobody should be under ANY illusions that 1) It is very easy and 2) Anyone could do it. While reporting on this subject you will see many other articles about Cyber Warfare, Sony Playstation etc all being hacked. The modern world is built on a dream of security that doesn't exist annd would cost Trillions to bring systems up to the right specs. Oh and yes you can hack into the core chips in IPhones & Macs.

Good spot - thx my bad. Oh in addition to woeful player add Awful Hair

Terry Curran. Woeful winger. Swung his leg at the ball in the box at the Archers Road end and scored his one and only goal for us. Against Leeds in the League Cup Semi 2nd Leg that took us back to Wembley

Let's look on a neutral bright side for a moment..... At least we aren't Arsenal........ The way the rats are deserting Wengers ship at the moment they could be left with fewer players than Poopey last season. Bet Charlie W ain't a happy bunny
-
Oh, one other question... Didn't the Police decide NOT to follow up allegations some time back? What happened to the idiot that made THAt decision? I assume he(she) ain't getting their pension cut like others and still has a "senior position"....

This is beyond anything The McCanns, Sara Payne and others.....

Just watched Get Carter for the first time since, well, when I wasn't old enough to realise how damned good a film it really was. Strangely the ONLY bit I remembered was the final scene. 9/10 Oh and of course when I first watched it The Human League hadn't been invented so the theme music hits a lot of memory notes as well
