not very happy on the outcome of JPT tkt distribution. BUT however we did that we could have sold 60,000 and someone somewhere always missed out. Won't be done the same way again. Unfair on uberfans who missed one game in JPT but went to 15/20 games. Had to bring in 40 additional staff to ticket office was a massive operation. Cost us a lot of money the extra phone lines, the extra booking fee covered those costs. Without the fee would not have been transparent. You paid for the ticket and paid for the costs of getting people in to do this.
