Me too so I've decided this year to go all green and save paper and ink by not filling the slip in but just handing my tenner over to the bookie every sat morning.

From the detail listed by PCC I'm amazed they have even had the cheek to ask for the loan. I've spent years producing P&L Budgets and there is always elements of assumption but to put something forward where the two main factors - Income and expenditure - are such that a mere 5-10% swing will cause the business case to fail is either stupidly naive or they're just being P*mpey. Strikes me there are some individuals who are desperate to "own" the club under any circumstances for their own ego.

Not sure if I'm missing something but following on from the point about Chinny using TBH to liquidate, as Chinny has a charge on FP, even in liquidation it become his? If so, with Gaydamaks Car Park also up for grabs I would imagine the value of both would be considerably more than the 2 separately. So Chinny has FP, buys the car park for a few mil and sells all to Tesco for £15-20m. Pays TBH a decent wedge and lo and behold " I will get my money".

Where is the money coming from to fund the compromise agreements? I thought TBs brief was to do the best job for the creditors? He seems to be paying more out on this than the 500K they've been offered? Together with his fees increasing daily how can he possibly have done his best for them?

Doesn't wind me up but amuses me that so many Germans when speaking English keep to their own pronunciation of V and W although obviously they have those sounds in their own language.
