The worst is that of my son's nappy. The best is when you wake up slightly hungover at the weekend and someone in the house is cooking bacon.

+1 for Guiness. Always feel that anyone wanting it in a pub should have their own queue. There's few worse things in life than the bloke in front ordering 5 pints of the stuff when you next in the queue and gasping for a pint. Dr Pepper and Cherry Cola are horrible, I also hate those Oasis drinks - they are almost as disgusting as the band of the same name.

Something you discover when changing nappies of young children. Add raisins and blueberries into that mix too of food that goes straight through them. I like green olives but can't stand the dark ones. Cauliflower is a good shout too. Horrible stuff.

Isgrove was number 11. Hoskins is the one I didn't know. I thought Doble's link up play was good, but of the few times I've seen him play he doesn't look like scoring.

I worked out who all of the first half team were except for our number 7. Was surprised to see Harlee Dean playing CB because I thought he was a midfielder but he did a good job as did Racine who I think is a decent prospect. As the subs started to mount up I had no idea who was on the pitch though! Oh, and The9, yes they are the hideous boots Reeves was wearing.

Definitely agree with liver and aniseed too. Dr Pepper is grim if we're allowed to introduce drinks into the equation. Makes me want to puke even just thinking about it.

It's been the best tour for a long time, especially for Norway! Neither Schlek seemed comfortable today, especially at descending in the rain which could cause them all sorts of problems tomorrow if they are dropped on one of the climbs. Evans seems strong and Contador too. Think both of them will finish above Voeckler partly due to the time trial but yeah it's going to be really close on GC at the end. Good to see no one really make ground on Cavendish in the green jersey. He only finished 6 minutes back so was clearly trying to keep up for once!
