  1. 2 wins in a row against a manager who knows us and what he is doing , not a chance 1-3 in my opinion. We shall hit the post and have a penalty refused, the usual
  2. You are absolutely right. We will be lucky to get £1m for any of them
  3. The financial reporet form Sir Rupert does reek with arrogance and pettiness "Upon my return". Emphasis" My" return kind of says it all. Of course the he makes out he as no partin the financial downfall of Saints. He didnt squander a penny on Sir Clive or all the rest And the go at the supporters who dont like him was extremely childish. Small minority etc . ****ing big minority. Trouble is lets see what the team looks like after the Jan transfer window Rupert. And then of course ST sales and the fire sale in the Summer even if we survive in the championship
  4. They will score 6 Complete tonking
  5. No shame on the OS or at this club Anything to pretend all is well with the world Brilliant we keep losing but never mind our pretty football is admired expecially by those who pick up the points and probably those who we are about to play. We can't score we can't defend and the crowd is melting away apart from that it is going rather well
  6. Can you imagine the traffic jams of gypsy caravans on a home match day for Pompey Horsehit everywhere.
  7. The negativity on this board is probabaly understated. The track record at home is the poorest in the division. The decline in attendance is the greatest in the division We are currently not breaking even therefore the debt is increasing and the prospect is we will take any offer for our best players in January. A large percentage of the fans hate the board & chairman with a passion for his arrogance and incompetence. We have bull**** on the website telling us that the teams that beat us think we play pretty football and somehow the club think this is good. We more than likely will have a weaker team after Jan and will need to scrap to avoid relegation. Administration is a real threat which may mean we will be relegated for going in to adminsitraton anyway. Hmm the fans are being negative cant think why
  8. It says it all when we are posting comments from teams that beat us saying how good we were. We ****ing lost again, Have they no shame
  9. Lots of people are keen to say nice things about our football but ususally because they have taken three points off us. As seems, likely that we will lose two or three of our best player by February then we are definitely in a relegation battle. The fact that crowds have halved since our premiership days say it all. Fans dont want to watch their team constantly lose at home. Nobody wants to pay money to see the opposition fans having a great day out. Nothing much to be cheerful about at St Marys
  10. YOu are right he is always the victim. Like the ****e about Pompey getting 5m for him like he negotiated that. It was just the contract that he had signed so recently that the had to buy him out of. The media love him because he is great for a quote and such "a loveable ****ney geezer" Hopefully he will get nailed over a fraud. He is one of my car crash passengers that is the game where you nominate people you would liek ot be in a fatal car crash. Love able 'Arry no just a **** appointed by another ****
  11. It doesnt matter what the actual truth is or the true intention of Rupert. it is just anohter bad story which will harden the dislike the fans have for the man. The gates will continue to fall and admistration beckon. Clearly Rupert is so devisive that his presence just damages the club. Maybe he will jump before administration
  12. Sooty with Sweep as one of his backroom boys
  13. Good old Wupert! He gets slagged no matter what he does good or bad and to be honest that's the way I like it. Sort of karma compensating for the years of misery as a saints fan. he has brought me If he he is buddhist he will be coming back as a dag on a sheeps arse
  14. I believe Rupert threw his camel coat with the velvet collar into the crowd
  15. Lowes biggest mistake being a ****
  16. More like being told you are a really nice bloke but that she just wants to be friends We dont ever get to shoot our load ( into the net)
  17. He is good this young guy. I caw him at Winchester City where he did well. I was amused when right at the end of the game he went up fro a ball and won it. On his way back down he landed on a Winchester Citys guys head who up until that point had been buzzing around He looked really puzzled when the guy squealed like a girl. He seemed puzzled that the guy didnt expect to be stood on if he got in the way. One for the future
  18. If it has really come to this then it is a crushing indictment of the board. Are they seriously saying that we pick a team that is cheap rather than one that can win, Not only have we a battle for survival in this leaugue but JP is not alowed to pick the team with the best chance of winning. We are truly a laughing stock. Who decides who is too expensive? The directors should hang their heads in shame. Both these directors are personally wealthy they seem prepared to risk us slipping down a league, Goodness knows who will be left after Xmas. Thye should be driven from the club
  19. I am always amazed at attendance figures. I believe they count all ST is that true? How many STs are there anyway
  20. To be fair to Lowe and Wilde it is the rise of the premiership which has left them in a situation where with no money to invest themsleves they were doomed to lead Southampton to disaaster. When Lowe masterminded his takeover of the club he must have believed that he could succeed. But with the premiership clubs paying huge wages they could never compete. Lowe wouldnt sell up because he is is a control freak but he hasnt got the resources or backers to compete in this new world where you needed a multi-millionaire and where you now need a billonaire. The **** up that led to our relegation was RLs biggest mistake His arrogance would be tolerated if he had brought success but is unforgivable when he has led us to disaster. He must know that his total football revolution was equivalent to sending out the Hitler Youth to take on the Russians With the debt still rising and the arse falling out of the economy he knows that we have to sell any player we can at Xmas and that this will accelerate the spiral to disaster If he was smart he would get out now but his ego wont let him He will end up sitting in his lounge a home staring at his [plan for the premiership He will take us in abyss
  21. Harry is poular with th media because he has cultivated the cheeky chappie image who is always good for a quote. Most managers cant string two words together He knows that he needs money to be successful like most other managers not just to buy players but to pay them high wages to come to clubs like Portsmouth. When the money is gone he is gone too. He is always the victim. If Portsmouth choose the wrong manager and dont get some financial backing they will be in the ****. A little club in a ****ty town with an old ground hmmmm thats a recipe ofr the Championship
  22. That's a good one
  23. If only his dad had shot RL
  24. We will take a tonking Prediction we will have at least one red card and several yellow. 4-1 followed by dutch drivel about the result
  25. Spike the Pompey bubble will burst. Enjoy the short term glory. Portsmouth is a ****hole aptly decsribed as " northern industrial town on the South Coast" It will never attract a big fan base and is hardly an attractive place to invest money. Loses a fortune every year . Small crowds , **** old ground, property crash and recession, you are ****ed
