No, not actually left obviously, but its important to be first in the hand wringing queue. There's no emotional impact to wailing "woe is me what will become of us" if you wait for actual news - too many other people will have got their angst in early and will have dissipated the impact.

What was the plan B then DD? What wwere the main features of his other main game plan? What did he change tactically mid game when things weren't working?
-
He must be crap then No other factors are involved.
-
Nah he didnt. He stuck to the high pressing game come what may even when it wasnt working / the players were too knackered to keep it up.
-
Oddly enough Pochettino never seemed to have a plan B either.
-
Maybe he will and maybe he wont. Plenty of other good managers have failed.

Guarantee to not sell unless agreed - Krueger interview, watch it. Bigger contract strongly implied by Krueger numerous times. Transfer budget, no idea - do you know? do you know if Spurs have any cash left after blowing the Bale goldpot?
-
I agree. The current team is unbalanced in some areas and lacks squad depth. I imagine Pochettino would have sold one or the other (not both) to fund two or three aquisitions.
-
Are you feeling weepy?
-
Hows that then? Any more substance to it than just knee jerk? The board offered him a new contract with more money and a guarantee to not sell any player he didnt want to sell. It looks like he's chosen to go to Spurs. What would you have done different? nailed his feet to floor? recruited a new manager whilst Pochettino was still under contract and deciding? Do share.

UKIP will get fewer than 20 seats at the next election (out of over 600), the EU will gradually reform and UKIP will have faded away by the 2020 election.

He has been asked the question endless times and he is in the centre of a storm of speculation. He could have ended that with two sentences. He has chosen not to. In football thats akin to "approach my agent and make your best offer".

We know hasn't come out and categorically said "I will still be the Southampton manager for the 2014/15 season. One day I may wish to move on but after only 18 months here I am only just beginning the job". It was an easy thing to do if he wasn't looking around. I think he'll stay because if reports are true that Levy wants him but the rest of the Spurs board want de Boer, Pochettino isnt stupid enough to walk into a job with half hearted backing and sky high expectations. If Pochettino wont commit to staying for the medium to long term (ie at least two more years) personally I'd not offer a new contract and start looking around for a new coach.

UKIP Communities spokeswoman put her put foot in it again. Talking about Franciois Hollande in France calling an emergency cabinet meeting tomorrow to respond to the rise of the far right and says Cameron needs to do ther same
-
National Front getting 25% of the vote in France to become the largest party. Sarkozy saying he wants to reform the Schengen (open borders) treaty and slim down the EU.
-
Is that because they get lured away or because they never make it? - genuine question.

I saw that, Man U apparently. Roberts is from Kingston, like Shaw. I'd like to think we are as attractive to him at his stage of his career as Man U are (different case if he was an established first team player and a bit older of course).

I knew he reminded me of someone.

"No Planes Hit The Twin Towers" claims ex-CIA agent

There is an element of truth to it now - but there wasnt in the 1960s /70s / 80s and 90s when most of the 'famous' 'conspiracies were meant to have taken place. Aintforever is right. Ther neo-cons got their way in the aftermath of 9/11 - but that is hugely different to saying they planned it and got away with it. -
Patrick Roberts, forward at Fulham. Only 17 just breaking in to the team.

That post demonstrates very eloquently what reality is up against. -

Not a quiet part of the day, 10am with 4 lanes of highway gridlocked and the other four in the opposite direction busy. No smashed car windows, apart from one guy's car who got hit by the plane's wing hitting and knocking down lamposts. My colleagues were travelling in from Arlington to Dupont circle. Afaik they didnt recognise it as a 767, just as an American Airlines plane smashing into the Pentagon. They got a clear view, along with the hundreds of other cars. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/The+Pentagon/@38.867511,-77.060788,3a,75y,10.37h,82.24t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1swGQnQi15tMqF0eFW4Dl5_w!2e0!4m2!3m1!1s0x89b7b6df29ed2c27:0xaf83d0f8c013532f?hl=en -

You've clearly never been to the Pentagon, otherwise you'd realise what a heroically stupid assertion that is. The Pentagon is surrounded by densely populated areas of Arlington. The adjacent I395 was packed with traffic. The busy airport is across the road. There were thousands of witnesses, amongst them colleagues of mine. -
I was in the premium terminal three years ago. It opened in 2006. This is it. Free food and drinks, showers, spa, even a 24 hour medical centre http://www.luxuo.com/travel/best-premium-service-airports-2013.html No idea if they have opened other terminals since.

Farage stood for election as an MEP again yesterday. He has said he doesnt want to reform it, he wants to withdraw. Continuing to stand and draw the MEP's salary is just as hypocritical and unprincipled as any other party. He'd garner more respect if he withdrew as an MEP and spent the next year producing a credible manifesto with workable policies.
