  1. Let's not forget that we benefited from it in 2003
  2. Yeah the balls are being warmed up as we speak
  3. When the least experienced player in your back 4 is continually having to tell the others to talk more, you know you've got problems.
  4. Most of them Stephens
  5. KDB making the killer passes for Gabbiadini would be a thing of beauty
  6. He just spent nearly £60m on Aubameyang after spending £50m on Lacazette in the summer. He is part of the problem.
  7. I think it's too late either way. I'd be surprised if at least half the squad haven't got their agents sounding out potential summer moves and now couldn't care less if we go down because these moves become more likely.
  8. Did you watch him in their Champions League qualifiers just before he joined? He was at fault for at least 2 goals against Malmo, he was putting little effort in as he knew he was leaving. In fact he said before the 1st leg it probably didn't matter if they qualify or not he wanted to leave.

    Concussion

    OJ Simpson for a start.
  10. I can picture the scene now. The owner gets passed a copy of this letter..... " f*ck me, this guy has had a season ticket since 2008, we better risten to him"
  11. Behave yourself. He's by far and away one of the best players we've had at this club for a long time.
  12. The bigger problem is his refusal to accept that in some circumstances it may have to be used. Nobody in their right mind wants their country to use a nuclear weapon, it is a necessary evil as a deterrent. It no longer holds any weight as a deterrent when the world knows your leader is either extremely unlikely to retaliate or just flat out not willing. As an island, we put ourselves in an extremely vulnerable position. He doesn't have to believe in it, but he should damn well say he does if he wants to be Prime Minister.
  13. Same old story with Paxman, was the same with Miliband and Cameron. Tory bias. May would've imploded with a tougher line of questioning, she was bad enough as it was, no wonder she won't debate.
  14. His is hilarious. You've just watched the Tommy Robinson video and written it down practically word for word haha
  15. Failing to score in 20 of our 53 games is a more damning stat
  16. Selling players a neccesity to sign new players? Well that doesn't quite explain selling out best players to buy inferior, often cheaper ones.
  17. Bruce Grobbelaar in goal
  18. Hence why this has come from the premier league and not sky/bt. By streaming 3 o clock games you are effectively undercutting THEIR product by not going to the game. The same reason that 3 o clock games aren't and probably never will be available for tv because they know attendances will drop.
  19. Yet I bet if he'd have had two incidents in a pub on a Friday night he'd have two charges of affray or assault and still have his freedom. Its disgraceful how football fans are treated.
  20. We've still got Long, who Koeman got 13 goals out of last season. Puel has made him worse.
  21. JWP is a skate you thicko!
  22. Absolute clown that got sent off in a pre season friendly (at Bournemouth?) when we were desperately short at CB and we got dicked by palace as a result.
  23. We played plenty of it, and to good effect. In fact a fair amount of those headed goals were a direct result of quickly getting the ball into good positions out wide. We havent managed that this season a) because we take too long to get up the pitch and b) we don't have the players (Pelle sold, Long lacking confidence) Being sucked into a corner and hitting weak crosses out of desperation because you've got nowhere to go is in no way comparable to overrunning a team and having the space out wide to at least try and hit a decent ball in.
  24. Koemans tactics were fast, direct counter attacking football or long ball. Puels main tactics are slow, sideways football and lots of crosses into the box to players who aren't tall enough to compete with the centre backs, crosses often by the striker who should've been on the receiving end of said cross but is under instruction to split out wide. Definitely similar, I see your point.
