For me, it's not about the players (I'm sure we have creative players), it's about they way they are being told to play. you cannot be creative, if you play sideways sideways backwards football. RH needs to go, his football has become tedious.

Our players have to be attacking the opposition goal, to get free kicks.

It also means he becomes a 40+ goal scorer over a season, no way we get to hold onto him then!

I don’t blame him for the manpower at his disposal, I blame him for the shit formations and team selections, along with the boring tactics he employs.
